This is a combo KFC A&W. We ordered chicken. I like these combo places because you can get no sugar added A&W Root Beer. Food was a little off from other places we have visited. Not sure if this the norm or just an off night. Biscuit was crunch, mashed potatoes bland and I had original chicken but the texture was not that much different then .my wife’s extra crispy

What an awful experience. From ordering being very difficult due to employees not listening to wrong items being charged for and not included (the item being a float we did not ask for but we’re charged for but got a normal regular sized root beer instead even though we ordered a large). Clearly this location. This location has SERIOUS communication issues as every face I could see inside looked baffled when i piinted out the drink issue and asked for a reciept so I didn’t bother making them fix their error. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs.

Ordered crispy I got original. I order two, three piece meals one dark meat all legs I received two thighs one leg. The other I ordered white meat and received dark meat. They have terrible listening skills! The macaroni and cheese is disgusting, definitely skip it!

The girl that took my order was uneducated. I ordered a large root beer float, a two piece meal, and then she asked me what I wanted to drink. In a matter of 3 minutes tops she’d forgotten my float. The chicken was still half raw, there was blood in the middle.

We drive from St.Helens to come to this location. We were just there and a wonderful young man named Kenny helped us. I just wanted to give him a huge shout out. His customer service skills are amazing. If I was still in the restaurant business I would try to hire him for my restaurant. This young man was very patient with my husband’s order and did everything with a smile. It’s been years since we’ve had such good service. Kudos Kenny never change!

The cashier V…obviously cant listen. Didn’t listen to my husband giving her his order. Said it was for here. Received it as to go. Husband asked for ketchup, said it was in the bag. Got to table, no ketchup. Both sandwiches were covered so much of spicey sauce dripping on his and mustard on mine. Sandwiches were messy to eat.

We didn’t get exactly what we ordered & there was no way to have them correct it, without going back thru the Drive Thru again. No walk in customers, making it difficult!! They don’t seem to listen to what customers want & make everything the same way, unfortunately! I have An Onion allergy which I explained & they seemed to understand, but our order was incorrect!
