Overcharged me and wouldn’t make it right, forgot about us and took forever, and the place is dirty! I don’t want to give a bad review because I love A&W and want it to stay in business, but the owner really needs to step in and do some quality assurance… So sad, 1 star.

If I could rate this with no stars I would! After a long drive, my daughter and I stopped in yesterday to grab a quick bite to eat. When we walked in to order, we were greeted at the register with the overwhelming smell of pot coming from the kitchen area! The restaurant was empty with the exception of, from what I could see, 2 female workers in the back. The cashier taking our order barely spoke to us and did not make eye contact at all. After ordering, my daughter and I each took turns using the 1 stall restroom. It was very dirty and looked as if it had been several days since it had been last clean. There was no soap for washing your hands. While waiting for my daughter, one of the employees headed to the restroom but saw I was waiting so she walked away which led me to believe that was the only restroom for both employees and customers. THERE WAS NO SOAP! We made the decision right then and there that we would not be eating our food. We dumped it in the trash and left. We will never go back.

Normally I don’t post a bad review however I stopped in here with my father-in-law today to pick him and my mother-in-law up root beer float and a side of rice. After being placed our order we stepped off to the side as we are ordering it to go to wait. The girl who took our order first handed us the wrong drinks. then told us they were the wrong drinks and immediately took them to the back and disposed of them. no problem we stepped off to the side again to wait for almost 30 minutes my father-in-law was a very patient man. Went up to the counter and asked if she had forgotten their order. She look at him as though she had no idea what he was talking about then hurried up to try to get our order and was able to produce it to us and less than 4 minutes. Once we were in the car the large root beer floats that were ordered or mostly root beer what’s about 1/8 them a cup of ice cream. And the soda carbonation was horrible. Please check your machines as he was really looking forward to stopping. Will not be stopping again.

Wait up to an hour for a soggy burger…no joke more than once over an hour.it was about the fifth time of waiting for a simple root beer I was 86 from the place. The employees are great people don’t get me wrong but the management sucks and the owner I believe is the same creep that owns subway.
