Service was a bit lack luster but engaging when ordering. Food was good though other locations tend to have food more to order. Had chicken strips and cheese curds with a root beer freeze. Tables were dirty but they were busy with a small staff on duty.

I have been coming to this location for about 10 years, it’s a 1 and a half hour trip from my home. I have been to other locations, this location by far is the best. Always 2 workers, very young and never the same people. Yet the service and food is always excellent, if this location has never been rewarded or given some type of thank you to its employees that work very hard.

Never been in A&W as slow as this one. When I said slow I was kind. Almost 25 min for two combos, makes me question if they were killing the cow or the chicken in the back at the time. On top of that all the order was delivered wrong, none of the special instructions were followed and had to wait for another 5 min to redo a chicken sandwich no mayo. If you’re passing by this location, better go to the McDonald’s next door. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

Went in for a rootbeer float. Stood there for a good 5+ minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. When I finally got someone’s attention, there was no greeting or apology for the wait. The float was okay, but we’ll probably skip this place from now on. Oh and it just felt dirty like no one wiped the tables or swept the floor in awhile.

The 3 employees at this restaurant are working themselves to death but there’s not enough staff, obviously. Food was fine but flies in the dining area, 20 people in line inside and out, and complaints about wait time from everyone. Apparently there are no other options at noon in this area.
