Went through the drive through and ordered with no response so I sent my son in to make sure they heard us. They didn’t so he placed the order. When we got to the window to pay they still didn’t have the order my son placed;( 3 teens were in the window area screwing around! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 23 minutes in the drive through and still nothing!

The Nyssa A&W is the best one in all our area of towns. They take care when putting the food together. Never sloppy. Plus the kids there are great. Wish Ontario A&W was like Nyssas. I’d rather make the drive to Nyssa than get thrown together food. Good job guys!

Was on the way home. Wife and I stopped in to get some A&W diet root beer, cheeseburger and a Papa burger. Started on the way home. Wife opened the bag and found out I only got a single cheeseburger not a Papa burger. Too far away to turn around and go back. Otherwise the food was really good. Sign on the window said people were training so I’ll give some leeway there.

Waited inside, at the counter, 16 minutes for a polar swirl & hot fudge sundae! We were the only customers when we ordered. Then, 4 teenagers and a family of 8 came in. The kid making the ice creams made like 4 polar swirls BEFORE doing ours. Then, when asked if we were still waiting and telling him yes, the cashier kid got an attitude but finally made ours.
