Horrible atmosphere and as well as a chaotic drive through experience you will need an additional 20 minutes for your food so be prepared to wait also if another car is next to you you’ll be mistaken for another order don’t worry though a half hour later and fast food is in your hands. managers also do not mind scolding employees in front of customers.

This particular site is supposed to open at ten thirty am. Instead an employee’s children were running around a locked lobby like it was their personal play pen. I understand sometimes there’s a few minutes delay to unlock doors sometimes but we’re fifteen minutes on and the kids are still crawling around unsupervised, climbing on chairs, playing on booths and smacking the doors and windows. I don’t have the inclination to wait for this employee to figure out how to cook meat to a safe temperature when they can’t even figure out how to turn a key. I’ve given up on their prospects of good parenting too as that ship has sailed. I’d replace the employee with one that didn’t lose you four other families worth of customers.

The amount of service I received at this place was absolutely unacceptable, I spoke in a very clear tone of voice and tried to be as Polite as possible, and asked for an A3 with ketchup only only large size meal with an a&w root beer, Only to end up being received by passive aggressive aggressive behavior from both the staff and specifically the woman who was responsible for giving me my order.And what I ended up receiving was a Burger with mustard only instead of ketchup only and I also received a small fry and drink despite me being very clear that I wanted a large meal. This type of passive aggressiveness that I received from the staff and general ordering process that I experienced is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable

Two stars because the person working the drive thru was nice, but the food was gross. Like I eat a lot of fast food sad to say. So it’s not just because it was fast food it’s gross. Like it actually tasted gross. The bun was burnt some how and the fries were super tough and straight from the salt mines. I took maybe 5 bites between the fries and burger and threw it away. Don’t eat here waste of money.

It took 15min to get our food (they told us it would be 5). the buns on the burgers were dry and hard. The float was fine, but I dont understand why the place super famous for floats would make them with soft serve. The cheese curds were good, but they forgot our requested marinara.

Whenever we go there, they are always out of burgers. How can a burger place never have burgers available? Absolutely ridiculous! If you want an A&W burger, certainly don’t go here! You won’t be able to get one.

un-orderly system, terrible staff. How have you not come up with a number system yet? This location should just be removed. Maybe the employees will learn customer service and value their job and the owner would actually use a proper order system. Why do these people not know who’s order is who’s? A JOKE!
