The food was good but the chili cheese dog was covered in that nasty bag chili and cheese. when it came to the service was horrible. My husband waited for ketchup for 5 minutes they never brought it then my son went to the counter and no one even acknowledge he was there. Very disappointed

Disappointed. I could hardly stand up. The floor was so slick, assuming a greasy mop was used. The food was ok. My son’s burger was greasy. The woman at the counter was messing with her vape piece and rolled her eyes when I told her there was no soap in the restroom.

I just wanted to say I love AW burgers and fries . I’ve always found them to be the top of the line in flavor compared to other fast food options. For years I’ve been spending money at the one down the street from me and have always been happy with the food. Recently I had my usual a few weeks ago and the burger was smashed , dry, clearly sat in a hot warmer. The fries were literally dripping with grease. Stuck together in a soggy ball and definitely more than 20 min old. I could tell they had ben redropped in the fryer right before I got the bag. I took this as a one off and had them again a few days ago. My experience was the same. It was so disappointing after 2 attempts at my favorite place, both were terrible. I’m not the type that complains however because of how much I’ve always loved your product I felt the need to explain why I’m giving up on the store I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at at least once a month for years . Clearly they don’t care the way they used to . And for a buyer meal that cost 13 to 14 dollars after tax I’m not wasting my money on food that is neglected , redropped and held for longer than standards allow. Your employees know the standard because I have the same thing everytime I go and it’s always great until recently. they just were lazy plain and simple. If you as a company are going to charge what you do for a burger meal which is high let be honest then fine but It should be the quality that I’ve always thought it was until now.

The few times we have been through here the customer service has been subpar, today was no exception. Our double burger had only 1 patty and was ice cold. The 3-piece chicken box had a mangled up, unrecognizable piece of chicken. The biscuit looked like it had been sat on. And to top it off, we didn’t receive our drink. When we called to inform them of the mistakes, the manager sounded like they couldn’t care less. People should receive what they ordered and paid their hard earned money for. Very disappointing. A waste of $30. We won’t be back and we will make sure to let others know how disappointing this locations service and attitude is.

Came into this restaurant late in the evening for dinner. Ordered my food and didn’t have too long of a wait for my order. Went into the bathroom and discovered the cover to the soap dispenser was dropped open and that the dispenser was out of soap, so with that issue I am deducting 1 star for this review. Food was cooked perfectly and was hot when I arrived home!

I like that both restaurants are inside. You can order from both at the same time. I don’t know how busy it gets though. When I was there it wasn’t busy which was nice. It was quiet inside. And very cool also. It was good to get out of the heat .

Order A6 and A7 meals. The burgers were so loaded down with mustard and ketchup. In addition to the meat being so cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. To make matters worse the fries tasted and smelled like fish. Only good part was the root beer.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a normal chicken sandwich and cheese curds. Not only did I get a beef sandwich instead which was cold by the way, my fiance didn’t get her sandwich at all. Not going back. Ruined dinner for us splitting a cold beef burger.
