This was our first time having A&W even though it’s been here for quite awhile. Drive through was quick and easy and We didn’t mind pulling forward to wait for freash cheese curds. The cheese curds were very good but we think that Culver’s curds are a little better (and they’re next door). Fries were excellent, with that slightly “battered” texture(one of my personal favorites)! The Burgers were pretty good as well and the Shakes were good and thick. Wife enjoyed the chocolate and I had the Strawberry. They stayed thick all the way home (about 12 minutes in traffic plus 3 to 4mins to get inside and settled down) despite it being 75°+ out. Overall it was a good experience and would do it again! Try it out for yourselves!

The main cash register wasn’t accepting debit cards. My family drove over half an hour just to eat here. My husband explained this to the cashier and asked if she could possibly ring us up on the drive thru cash register (it was working). She got an awful attitude with us and said that they don’t do that but she guesses she could it for us this time. My husband said he didn’t appreciate her attitude and explained that it was uncalled for in this situation. She then tried to act like she didn’t have an attitude at all. We left and went to another restaurant with better customer service.

Tonight I did the drive-thru for my family. The line went fast which is something I’ve not been used to. Food was ready when I got to the window. Order was correct service was polite and efficient. Food is still a bit pricey but it tasted great and my children loved it. Only gave it four stars because it is still a little pricey. I don’t do KFC that often, but we will be back.

The food is average. They never seem to have very fast service at this location. However, at least the employee at the drive through window was very friendly. It’s not at the top of our favorite places to eat, but not bad for a simple bite to eat on that side of town.

Disappointed that this is labeled an A&W restaurant when I was told they only serve KFC fries, which I don’t care for and cold cheese curds. Double cheeseburger was cold, but son’s burger was apparently warm. I stopped for the A&W name, never again; what a letdown.

Open for carry out or drive thru only. I ordered online. Got a message saying go in and pick up order it’s being finished up. I waited 15 minutes it hadn’t even been started. Store was clean. Employees wore masks and gloves. They were very busy, but remained polite and friendly.
