I’ve been here three times and it is always a great experience. I’ve had the nachos twice and a breakfast burrito they were all delicious. Inside is very nice atmosphere and extremely clean. They also have a full salsa bar.

New Mexican food place in the building that had a different Mexican food place. Ordered a chicken burrito and it was very good. They also had at least 6 different salsas and the pickled veggie bar! Everything was tasty and fresh. Salsas all had plenty of flavor and none were biting hot.

I ordered a #15 beef burrito plate. The burrito has only shredded beef in it, nothing else at all. Just a tortilla and beef. When I asked about it, the lady said if I ordered the burrito by itself, it would come with other things in it. Uh what?! There’s no signs or anything saying this. Just a very odd place. People were nice and kind, so I give it 2 stars.

Just tried Axel’s Taco Shop. I had two steak street tacos and my husband had the Machaka. Both were very good. They also have a salsa bar that has several different types of salsa, carrot strips marinated in vinegar, and cucumber and radish slices. The young woman at the counter was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

New place with fresh paint. Customer service was very good with very nice counter staff. Prices were also very good. Not bad at all. Food was good. The meats were well done, maybe needing a touch more flavor but not bad. See photos. I do say, they were very fast in service too. I was hoping for a queso but they didn’t have one. The salsa bar was fun.

Very friendly staff and willing to go off menu if they have the means. I ordered Chile rellano and asked for it as spicy as they can make it. Instead of the enchilada sauce they used the spiciest salsa they had: Chile Rellano el Diablo. It was perfect. I eat spicy all the time so it really was perfect. I still wouldn’t consider this the best Chile rellano but it certainly wasn’t bad at all. It came covered in shredded lettuce and rice and beans (see photo).

My wife and I were craving Mexican food so we decided to try the snacks this restaurant out and the food was excellent and the service was top-notch. We will definitely come back and recommend anybody to this place up there. Just want a quick Mexican dinner.

Ive probably spent over 10k here this year alone and suggested this place to many many friends. I wont anymore. Cashier didn’t wanna take our order because she was sitting down in front of us eating so she told the cook to take the order. He couldn’t understand what we were saying and didn’t understand english too well. That’s not what I’m disappointed in. Why have a cashier if they’re just gonna eat in front of the customer and be rude?
