We love Ay Caramba on Merrimon Ave. Highly recommend the Texas Dip, Mexican Corn, tacos al pastor, and the quesabirria. The tortas are delicious and enormous! The salsa bar is always well-stocked, clean, and kept very cold.

This place was awesome! Me and my girlfriend go here every time we come into town. She loves the Enchiladas and i always have to try something new. Not only is the owner very involved, he even brought the food out. You could see how much he cares going table to table to make sure everyone was having a good experience. Highly recommend! Best Mexican food in Asheville!

Really good food at really great prices! I always get the tex-mex chicken tacos. $1.99 each and they are huge. Other places twice that price! Every thing I have had is good…..beans could use some salt but an easy fix.

This place is amazing. The food is delicious, the drinks from the bar are damn good and the best Horchata to get in the 828. They have a car gathering from time to time and it’s great to see this place gives the community a safe place for like minded individuals to enjoy their rides responsibly! 10/10.
