SO SCRUMPTIOUS!!! I’ve never had sushi this good in my whole entire life. AYA SUSHI IS MY FAVORITE! The staffs are extremely nice and patient. Food came out warm and quick even tho the restaurant was packed! Will definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere for a date night! We came here for a dinner date and had excellent service and the sushi was great. We also ordered the soft shell crab which was really good. Our food was ready super quickly. It was a Monday night and wasn’t busy or loud at all.

The sushi was absolutely great! The customer service, not so much. My fiance and I have been to Aya Sushi multiple times with a great experience, but tonight our server was completely unprofessional. The hostess that sat us was very kind, but when our server came to our table they immediately started coughing stating they were at a concert last night. My fiance and I were understandable because we go out and lose our voices at shows too, so we were polite and asked her what show she went to after she came to check on us because we were curious and wanted to engage with our server as we both respect the stress of customer service. After the sushi came, it was perfect! Absolutely delicious and too much to eat. The main complaint is after we were done eating and trying to pay, my fiance and I were talking about splitting the bill, but I decided to pay because she deserved it. As we were discussing, the server asked if we were siblings or just started dating, then after taking my card she continued to judge us talking trash from ear distance away so we heard everything she said. Once she came back, we both felt uncomfortable. I still left a tip because I know how hard the service industry can be, but we will not be coming back again and give our business to sushi train or trappers sushi. The food was 10/10, but our server was a 1/10.

Best place to eat when you are visiting Olympia. Aya sushi, I say AYA! The rolls are delicious, all the ingredients extremely fresh and they manage to keep the same quality even in home deliveries. The prices are very good and the service is also very friendly

The inside of the restaurant is really lovely. The lighting is great, and the food is really delicious and there’s some good options for vegetarians. I love the vegetables tempura roll! The staff (especially the one with black hair and pigtail) were all really nice and efficient.
