Finally made it to Aymara for lunch and I regret that it’s taken me so long. Ralph & Caroline we’re amazing and so welcoming. The food was delicious and the ceviche was some of the best I’ve ever had. It was full of flavor and texture. Their outdoor dining patio was the absolute cutest as well, perfect for an outdoor lunch on a beautiful day.

My husband and I had such an amazing wedding food tasting experience with Caroline at the restaurant that we ended up booking Aymara Peruvian Kitchen for our backyard wedding! Caroline was so easy to work with and helpful in planning the menu. They did an incredible job executing the day of and everyone absolutely LOVED the food. Highly recommend and cannot say enough good things about Caroline and her team. Thank you so much again!!!

We had a last minute birthday dinner I called Aymara ! They were super friendly on the phone and directed me to their website , you can see the catering menu and choose additional sides as needed. We finished the lomo saltado, even my 2 year was part of the party, he didn’t leave one fry.

Customer service and food presentation 10. I ordered the platter which includes a tamales, rice, fry plantain, and yucca. The food is excellent! I’m curious to try other dishes now.

I like the food it not bad, maybe the fish could be a little bigger. I order a pescado a lo macho and it was not bad. I actually enjoy it, but one thing i dint agree is the 18% tip at the end, and this was my first time coming to eat for lunch on a afternoon, i know this kind of dish is expensive in most places due to its complexity when preparing it. But i believe that the tip should be optional and not forceful . I got a surprise at the end with a 18% plus the cost of the dish. I been to many luxurious places and they don’t automatically surprise you with the tip. I dint find this move to be fair hopefully they do some research and change this, since i really like the food in this restaurant, would recommend it to other people.

Hands down, easily the best Peruvian food I’ve had in Southern California in particular in LA and LA county. Every single dish was divine. The ceviche Classico was fresh and delicious. The Lomo Saltado was made differently and was perfectly executed. It’s not marinated and seasoned like the Asian style lomo saltado, this one is way better and less salty than the Asian style. We also got Pescado a lo macho. The fish, mussels, and squid were drenched in this creamy ajis sauce that was savory. I wanted to lick the entire sauce off the plate. The fried calamari came with an excellent dipping sauce that had a bit of a kick. Chef Ralph was excellent at explaining the menu, the region of Peru it was from, and gave us a background on his culinary experience and historic recipes. The inside is small and cozy and very nice and clean. I would definitely wait an hour or two to dine inside. The food is phenomenal.
