Ordered from here this evening via Grubhub. The shrimp alfredo pasta had 0 alfredo sauce, it was literally just a clump of sad, dry overcooked pasta noodles sitting on top of about 8-10 baby shrimp sitting at the bottom of the aluminum take out container. The BBQ chicken pizza doesn’t look bad, but just tastes bad. Perhaps a bad sauce? I don’t know, but it was disgusting enough to not force myself to eat more than 2 slices before just tossing the rest of it. It made the $2 frozen pizza they heat up and sell at 7-11 look A+, which should say something… This is/was my first time ordering from AJ’s Pizza Cheesesteak and certainly my last. In all of my Grubhub delivery orders this is the first time I’ve ever gotten basically inedible / bad food, I guess it was my time…

Nothing worse than ordering an extra meat Cheesesteak that is 98% inedible gristle. $12 and I’m still starving. Lamb and Beef gyro was also burnt and inedible. Not sure anyone there knows how to work the grill or the register.

I don’t know how I’ve passed this place so many times and never tried it. The pizza was awesome and just regular cheese seemed like extra.There was plenty of sauce that actually has flavor – really good and not like the other chain restuarants. The steak and cheese had an actual bite to it – not just chopped up and blended into the cheese into a blob – good soft rolls – could be Amoroso (if you have family in Philly you know the brand). Just really good – will be ordering again!
