It’s a been a few years since I last visited, but I still think about this place from time to time. Whenever I’d visit my friend in New Haven, we’d always come here to feast on tacos and other offerings like tortas. The tacos are great value: $8 for 4 tacos for most of the selections. Best of all, they have my favorite variety of taco: tacos de lengua. Granted that the tacos de lengua come at a bit of a premium compared to the other varieties, but I’m more than willing to pay the extra $2. The taco fillings were generous and the chips + pico de gallo + salsa verde that came with each order was fresh. I wish they also gave radishes with the taco orders, but that’s a minor thing. Next time I’m in New Haven, I’d be sure to come back here to have those tacos again.

Food is excellent! It is take out only. I wish their menu encompassed some of the delicious looking soups from pre-Pandemic. Tacos are a terrific deal and the portions are generous. Would recommend!

The food is good, and Pico was freshly made . I ate all of mine. Just 1 thing, the beans tasted bland. Just wish they had some texture to the and not puree. That’s my preference. But all in all food is good.

Yummy chicken tacos. So much food in one serving for just $10 !! Great price for a meal. The pico de gallo & salsa verde is perfectly spicy, manageable enough to enjoy & eat your meal with. Quick to serve & friendly service. Good spot.

Food was average. Carnes asada Tacos and chicken burritos lacking in flavor. Prices have been increased from the menu images sees in photos. 20 min wait when ordering for pick up for lunch. Not too impressed. Would not recommend.

Cilantro lovers like me will be delighted eating tacos here. I’m typically dissatisfied with other taco restaurants because they don’t use enough cilantro or onions but that is not the case here. I am so satisfied with my meal; for a great price, too!!!

My first and last time coming here. I work in the area so I decided to try it out. I ordered 3 tacos and it was given to me on a paper plate with aluminum foil like if it was left over style. The meat was so dry, they added a sprinkle of cilantro and maybe 3 tiny pieces of diced onion on each. Not a great experience. Also they don’t give you tortilla chips or anything like most places.
