Nice spot to get some Mexican cuisine when heading south on border runs. Food was alright, way better than up north. But I want to make notice of their roasted habanero sauce, that was incredibly good and Satisfactorily Spicy!

I was here years ago and I liked the food. Back then they made lots of the items themselves fresh daily. Like the tortillas and the guacamole. Now the meat, in my opinion, was reminiscent of chili instead of seasoned ground beef. They did have several choices for ingredients and my Veggie burrito was plentiful. The interior is run down and not clean-looking. Our table area was clean. The place needs some TLC. The building could use some updates. The staff did their job but was not friendly at all. I said she could keep the >$2.00 tip and I didn’t receive any acknowledgment whatsoever! I won’t go back. (Sorry, I don’t like giving negative reviews)

Not sure how your going to have a “Mexican” grill and have absolutely no clue how to roll a burrito. Food is good. Would be better if anyone cared about what they did. That’s not a burrito. That’s just giving up on life.

Great food and service! Meats are great in the tacos and burritos. Plenty of toppings to choose from including lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, olives, jalapeños, tomatoes, onions, guacamole, mild/medium/hot salsa, sour cream, special AMG (house) sauce, nacho cheese, cholula and ranch. Coke fountain drink products, bottled mexican colas, seats about 20-25. Parking on the side. I’d say my least favorite items were the guacamole, chips and mild salsa.

Stopped in as I was driving through town for work. Ordered the red enchiladas with shredded beef, rice and beans on the side. Topped with cheese, pico and queso. It was absolutely delicious. The red sauce was probably the best I’ve ever had. The shredded beef was second to none. Rice and beans were some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m a Mexican food junkie and I’m always seeking out new places to go to. This is one of the absolute best I’ve ever had. In fact I left and stopped to get gas for the trip home and when I was done I drove back and got a large order of chips and queso to go. The queso didn’t last long in the cooler and before I knew it I had eaten about a third of it. It’s 2 hours one way from me but I’ll be back for sure.

Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The waitress was fantastic. The hostesses we not the friendliest. Once we were shown to our table our food was delicious and fresh ingredients. Will definitely be going back. My only suggestion would be smaller portions. I know the waitress mentioned lunch offers smaller portion sizes.

The 1/2 burrito bowl with barbacoa is my go-to. 10/10 would recommend. Great portion and great quality food for a very reasonable price. Always my top pick for lunch in town.

the tacos are great. however I did go in for their taco happy hour and asked if all the meats are included in the $2 taco price, and the guy said yes. So I ordered 6 tacos one of every different meat and one veggie they had to offer, and somehow they were more than $2 each before tax…. kinda confusing but the food is great and cheap nonetheless
