Where do I begin… My daughter and I decided to visit this Azteca because I had a coupon. It was 1pm on a Saturday. They only had 2 servers but we were willing to be patient. Service wasn’t great but what was worse is the glasses were dirty which I didn’t notice till after I drank my beverage The plates were dirty and the food was subpar at best. Everyone had on black latex gloves which is actually gross. Overall it was seriously disgusting and disappointing. I’ll probably never go back ♀️

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Today, I placed a pick up order over the phone to pick up on my lunch break. When ordering it was an issue as the person who took my order was rude and didn’t even take my order correctly according to them when calling back with a complaint. The photos below are the “Deluxe Taco Salad” I wish i took a photo before putting it into the shell. it was a soup of ground beef with just maybe 10 little shreds of lettuce. Then I ordered a Mini Chicken Quesadilla, they did not put any chicken in it. When I called to complain, the lady kept trying to take a new order from me when I was telling her I already picked one up. I then passed the phone to a co worker fluent in spanish (which got the quesadilla) and that lady told her that i didn’t order a chicken quesadilla and that we can pick up a bag of lettuce. After this, another co worker had called (the one that got the taco salad.) She asked for a manager and they said the manager was Maria, who was in the back of the phone call saying no no no to everything. The food is good (when made correctly) but the customer service is absolutely horrible.

I can’t speak for the 10th Ave location but the one on Canal is a joke. We purchased Deal Saver coupons for here and had a high school book with deals that specifically said that location only and was greeted with signs stating they take no coupons whatsoever and confirmed with a manager. They offered a free dessert and 10% off but compared to a free entree that is a joke so we left and will never return. I loved Azteca but I will never frequent them again given the numerous other Mexican restaurant options here.

This was a fantastic experience overall. The food was the best part easily, made only better by the friendly staff. I ordered a picadillo burrito and was blown away by the size of it! But I finished like a champ! My kids loved their meals as well, and they have a little section of vegetarian-friendly selections which is a great consideration. Overall, great place- would love to return again next family night out!

Went to get a drink on Tuesday around 5. Restaurant was clean. Decided to order a burrito which was delicious. Was short on time but food came quickly. Server was prompt and courteous and the small group I was with never ran out of chips or salsa. Will go again soon.

They would not honor our fundraising coupon that they agreed to by doing the fundraiser. I’ve literally never heard of a restaurant not honoring a valid coupon. Very disappointing. Took our business elsewhere.
