The food is great, but that isn’t the problem. It’s the lady (co-owner?) taking the orders and running the front of house. We ordered 3 burritos (pretty simple), and when we arrived, we were charged almost $40 for just 2 burritos. That’s Fine. However, the burritos were not correct. We asked to get the order fixed and the lady refused to do anything and blamed US for not specifying what we wanted. At this point we just took what we got. When we stated we probably wouldn’t be back due to poor service, the lady laughed and said “you’ll be back”. Such a shame considering the food is great, but when you add in a condescending rude person who doesn’t listen running the show, it really puts a sour taste in your mouth. We’ve been going there for a good while, and the food has always been a hit. But now that we were treated like we were dumb, it’s unfortunate that we may not give our business to this place anymore. I can see where the other low reviews are coming from now.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the front has no people skill and refuses to own up for her mistakes. I placed a phone order in English (because that’s how she answered the phone) for 1 asada burrito and 2 wet Chile Colorado burritos. I get to the restaurant and she has 2 wet asada burritos bagged. I start speaking to her in Spanish because she wasn’t understanding what I was saying in English. I wasn’t being mean about it, I thought it was a human mistake and that they would help me out. She has the audacity to tell me that I wasn’t clear over the phone and heard that I wanted two asada burrito with Colorado wet sauce. I literally said “can I get an asada burrito with light rice and beans and two Chile Colorado wet burrito,” how was I not clear? She didn’t read the order back so I assumed she got it. At this point I’m asking her to change my burritos and she’s arguing with me that I was wrong but she’ll change one burrito just this once. Like if she was doing me a favor. I never raised my voice but she was acting like I was insulting her. She gave me one corrected burrito and I just left.

Food was not up to the Mexican food standard to me and they should change there name because Aztecas in Palmdale is way better. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and it tasted watery, the michelada they put too much ice so think was weak.
