I really wanted to love this place, and sadly forgot to take photos of my shrimp tacos. The outside is super cute and the quaint, trendy, contemporary vibe inside is aesthetically pleasing. The menu, prices, construct of the tacos was extremely disappointing. Over priced, bland black beans, no homemade hot sauces, like what? Our server was attentive, gave suggestions and fast, friendly service. The shrimp in the tacos was too large, overcooked and there was too much sauce and whatever else they put in the shell to get any flavor or enjoyment out of eating it as it just fell apart and made the corn tortilla soggy. This is just a lack of better options Mexican want to be place.

Celebrated my father’s 89th birthday here and it was such a wonderful evening. We enjoyed the margaritas and everyone loved the food. Steak fajitas were perfect. Salsa and guacamole were fresh and lots of garlic. Seafood options were also a big hit. We had shrimp, tuna and the cod. They were great about substitutions and handling our big group on a Saturday night. Luke our server was stellar. The service just can’t be beat and the prices are very reasonable. And this restaurant is dog friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you AZUL!!

The “salsa” was a dark red paste with cinnamon in it. The chips were thick and hard. We ordered two different burritos. Mine was surf and turf, and hers was chicken. There was something weird in hers. I couldn’t place it, but she absolutely did not like it, and I wasn’t too fond of it myself. We ordered tableside guacamole, and I watched them make it across the room at the bar and then brought it to the table. We will not be back.

Place seemed cool, food did taste really good. It did however cost a ridiculous amount of money, a burrito and a double margarita brings you to over $30. Service was bad, took about 20 min to even get an order in, but after the order was in it came out quick. Unfortunately had a reversal of fortune the following night. Also, what Mexican restaurant doesn’t include chips and salsa for free? Especially if i’m paying $17 for 1 burrito.

The atmosphere of the place was very chill. Our server was friendly. The food was fantastic! I had a shrimp burrito and it was wonderful. There did seem to only be two people working so sometimes we’d have to wait a little bit for service, but overall it was very good Mexican food.

I had a fabulous dinner at Azul, as we usually do. Though I ordered soup and salad (and a margarita!), I can tell you that the steak burritos are always delicious, too. Luke was our server…he’s consistently good. And the owner is a great host and an asset to the community. Don’t hesitate to try Azul when you have a Mexican craving!

This is hands down the WORST restaurant I’ve been to. Ordered the steak burrito and it tasted absolutely horrible. I usually don’t like to send food back but this burrito literally made me nauseous. Luke, the server, walked passed our table several times as we tried to get his attention to tell him I could not eat the burrito. At this point we had been waiting for so long we just wanted the check and to leave. He came by eventually, got the food and came back with the check and said he was still charging us for it (the burrito was $17!). I proceeded to explain that I am not paying for something that I didn’t like. Had to asked to talk to the owner who was beyond disrespectful. She refused to take it off the check but said I could order something else. I was ready to leave at this point and didn’t want to order anything else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
