I thought the chicken is superb and especially their amazing Macaroni salad I give it 6 stars if I could! LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE very inviting and the service was awesome I absolutely recommend it , this will be my chicken place!! from now on!

I was introduced to this place about five years ago and every time I go to Dixon I make sure to get some of the best fried chicken ever! I also seen a shown on a TV show called Shipping Wars and in the show some band had to have their delivery vehicle which was a Mustang with a chicken on top that I’m almost positive came from this location. LOL

The most amazing chicken I have had in a very long time!!! We live 2 and a half hours away. We took a chance and stopped in for dinner. You can bet that we will making the drive again just for chicken. Their tenders and dipping sauce also absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend!!

I had my first experience at BBY after living in the area over 15 years, and all I can say is wow! Great chicken, if a bit pricey. I guess if you’re local you know, if you’re not, let me tell you it is well worth the price. Easily the best chicken I’ve ever had. Yummy sides, the cole slaw was perfect, not too tangy, not too sweet. Good fries, fresh rolls. Will definitely return!

Chicken was very good. Ordered catfish also and it was not cooked inside the breading. Windows need cleaning! They have a busy carry out and had to wait for food.

This has to be the worst experience ever. The place reeks. Then when we ordered, the obese owner claimed I was being cheap for not ordering more. Then after waiting 25 minutes, they charged me over $12 more than they should have. When I questioned it, they said we were charged $2 for each cup of tap water they gave us even after I told them we had bottled water with us. I said we’ll give back the tap water, so they agreed to reduce the price by $3. After I told them that’s still not right, a waitress claimed I was acting like a difficult Walmart customer she deals with. That was it, I walked out. Unbelievable.

Looking at the menu, I thought it was rather costly. I got the kid’s chicken tenders at $9.95 and a full order of onion rings for $3.65. A half order was $3.25. It appears to be family owned. There is counter seating as well as 5 or 6 booths. When my order was called, I was surprised to see a grocery sized paper bag. Upon inspection, there were 4 generously sized tenders and a baked potato. The picture shows 3. Very crispy, lots of white meat. The onion rings were lightly battered and delicately crisped yet sturdy. The portion size was generous. Two hearty eaters would be satisfied. BBY Chicken is definitely a n establishment to go out of your way for.
