So I’ve been traveling and seeing these in a few states. Yesterday was the day to try it, and I wish I hadn’t. I got a sloppy joe combo and bacon cheeseburger. The sloppy joe was just enough for a slider but they put it on a regular bun. Fries were cold and burger wasn’t cooked right. We waited 20 minutes and I still had to go somewhere else because I was hungry. Wasted my whole lunch hour, I’m telling everyone not to go here, I want my money back. I paid for nothing basically.

It was our first time trying B-Bop’s burgers. The food was great. The chocolate shake was very rich and satisfying. Burgers were large and cooked perfectly. We had the double patty option. The fries were nice and crispy and salted well. We ate outside so we ordered from the window. The credit card machine wasn’t working and that was the only let down with our first experience. We recommend B-Bop’s and will be back!

Went thru drive thru. Specifically said minus mayo minus tomato. They repeated and said wrong, tried to correct them but would not answer. Got to the window and they gave me minus mustard and minus tomato. Asked them to fix it and they returned the burger with double mayo. Not everyone can handle milk products. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. They even smiled when they gave it to me knowing what they did.

Pretty upset. It says you guys open at 10am on Saturdays and yet it seemed no one was there. I just sat at the order screen for 10 minutes with no one in front of me or behind me and no one took my order. Proceeded to pull up to the window and seemed that no one was in sight. Waist of my time, mind you it was 10:30am when I got there so should have been up and running.

The food is great for the price. Our large order was accurate. The worker taking our order seemed annoyed at our large order and tried to rush us through the process. We had seven people in the van including 5 kids. It’s a little chaotic. Also we were charged for cups of water. Really, guys?
