If I could rate this zero stars I would. I did an online order of a large pizza and pepperoni rolls, it said 30 min until ready for pickup. We arrive at the 30 minute mark and am told they hadn’t started the order, so it would be 25 minutes more. After 30 minutes I go to the counter and ask for an update. I am then told they haven’t started our order. When I asked the reasoning why, I was told it was because no one told them to make it, yet it was showing on their computer screen as an order needing to be made.

Today, I ordered the lunch special and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious salad this combo included. It was a large portion, and made fresh! The bread sticks were packed with flavor and I loved the pizza. I’m working from home so the takeout option was perfect. A much better option than fast food!

Horrible wait time for pizza that is mediocre at best. Walked in to place an order and was initially told 20-30 minutes. Understandable for a place that’s the only pizza place around. Finally after 80 (yes, EIGHTY) minutes, got the food and was told “sorry for the wait”. That’s it. I also paid for pizza sauces that weren’t included either. Too bad I got all the way home before realizing it. In short, go elsewhere and do not give this garbage place your business. Now when I come to visit again, I’ll steer clear of this place.

Pizza was expensive, even using meal deals. They wanted to charge an extra $4 just to have bacon as one of our toppings. Pizza sauce did not come with bread and was $1.50 extra. There were barely any toppings on the pizza. We will never go back. Been to B.C. Pizza in other areas and it was great, not this location.

I wanted to cry. I brought my son to bc pizza because we used to live in a town with bc pizza, but moved. This buffet was rotten and awful they had one pizza that looked hours old, maybe older, and it was cold, this is not a buffet. I wish I got a take out of this place, or a buffet anywhere is better than here. They don’t even serve marinara sauce with their bread sticks.

I ordered my food for delivery because me and 2 friends were working on the house, 1.5 hrs later we are all starving and no pizza yet, I call up there and they say it just went into the oven should be there in 30 min or so. Never told me anything like it was going to be 2 hrs for my food or that they were very busy if I hadn’t already paid over the phone I would have canceled. Over priced and takes way to long do your self a favor and go to Matt’s way better pizza in less than half the time. And it was a weekday about 2pm.

Small towns tend to build up or destroy a business based on their opinions alone. I havent been home in years, so when i came home this week I thought I’d give y’all another shot, there are nothing but teenagers working. Not one of them seems to care about their job or be great at it. That’s not a slam on the staff either, that’s how having a job in your teens is. Here is my exact experience this time-

Your kept on hold waiting to place an order. Listening to obnoxious recording. The owner can also be rude. I’ve a victim of that first hand before. If it wasn’t for then having the pizza I like I wouldn’t go there. I’d still be going 20 miles away.

The food was good, the steak grinder could have had more seasoning on it. The only bad thing was the young kid in the back flipping his hair constantly and running his fingers thru his hair while he was preparing the food.

I arrived today at 12:25 for the pizza buffet. They had one cold pizza on the table that looked like it was made a day or two ago. I asked for something else to be made (a supreme pizza) that would be fresh. It is now 1:35 and that cold pizza is still sitting there looking very miserable (no spatula, no heat lamp). They do have a tiny salad bar with lettuce, four toppings, and two dressings. I guess they blew me off. I get it – they don’t have much lunch business, but in that case, they should not advertise a pizza buffet. We have enjoyed BC Pizza in other locations for more than 20 years and we have always found the quality to be very good. This particular location doesn’t seem representative of the better-managed locations in Boyne City, Gaylord, St. Ignace, and Petoskey. I’d suggest skipping this location.
