Would give them 0 stars if possible. The wings were cold, not fresh at all, and had hardly any sauce on them. I ordered sauce on the wings, and also paid for a few sides of sauce. I didn’t even get the sides of sauce I paid for… Tried calling several times and no one answered, but all of the workers were just standing around when we went in to get our order. Will not be eating here again, and do not recommend.

Came on a Monday and not busy around lunch. Got the boneless chicken and fries snack. The fries were good and crispy. The chicken itself was a bit too hard to chew. Maybe it was overcooked. The sauce on the chicken was slightly saltier than normal too. The place is clean and it’s easy to order.

I ordered in store, and our order was perfect. We ordered 20 boneless wings with four types of sauce. They nailed it. Their sauce makes it hard not to enjoy the flavor of the wings. I love how many options they offer.

This was by far the worst BWW food I’ve ever had; the fries were cold and basically stale, and the wings were dry and tough. Not what I expected at all from a Buffalo Wild Wings. I don’t know if it’s just this location, if it’s like this at all B Dubs Express locations, or if BWW has just gotten awful. But my food was incredibly disappointing.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered bdubs party platters for my son’s graduation party. Ordered and paid, along with a tip on June 6th, 4 days before the party. Pick-up time 12:30pm on Saturday June 10th. My daughter was there to pick up the order. Only to be told there was no order. After confirming with me she was at correct bdubs-they found my order. The party started at 1pm. Needless to say I had a party of 75 guests with no food. I was stressed and embarrassed. Food finally arrived late. Only to have food, condiments, sauces and veggies missing. WTH bdubs? We got through the party by substituting with stuff in our pantry. I called bdubs after party asking for some type of compensation. 1. For the order being super late for the party and 2. Missing items. The manager on duty said full refund. Great, thanks so much! A week later and no refund so I called back. Manager said it’s been refunded, give it more time. Another week goes by, no refund. I call again and another manager talks to me. He was completely rude and belittling and told me no refund and laughed at me. I ended that call shocked how I had just been treated and I was crying. I have tried resolving this and have been treated so poorly. Bdubs has been my son’s favorite restaurant since he was in kindergarten. Which is why I chose it for his grad party. This bdubs location let us down big time. This wasn’t just a simple lunch order. This was my son’s one and only high school graduation party. I still haven’t received an apology for the behavior of the last manager I spoke to or any compensation. I simply wanted refund for wedges, Missing condiments, sauces, veggies and most of all the tip. Beyond disappointed in bdubs. Good thing my son has found a new favorite wing spot. Bye bdubs!

This place has the worst quality of food and service that I’ve been to. After reminding the person that took our order who’s name the order was under and what we ordered multiple times, they finally got it ready…AFTER ALMOST AN HOUR. Worse…the fried pickles we ordered were not even cooked thoroughly, see the picture below. If you order here, be ready to wait a while and get food that you don’t even want to eat.

The multiple-flavor soda machine had the flavorings in the wrong place, our wings were cold but the onion rings were hot. Honestly, for the price I’d rather go to Taco Bell or McDonald’s. Very disappointing.
