Trying BJ’s burgers for the first time. I ordered a regular bacon burger with mustard & all the veggie’s with fried mushrooms. Hubby ordered a hickory burger with fries mayo & No veggies. Get our order I was like open the box what on earth is this. This ain’t mine & it had mayo no mustard. His had mustard with veggie’s. Plus are mushrooms are still frozen when we bit into them not cool. And they charged us $41.90 for this. She say’s sorry girl is new & did give us 10 bucks back & made us two orders of shrooms but they are frozen . Plus they could at least have iced drinks instead of canned sodas

If you are HUNGRY and want a great burger, try this place. It’s not great because of some gimmick of large burgers, the burger is just genuinely tasty, enjoyable, great mouth feel, not overly greasy on the meat but moist, the buns are soft but can hold the weight because of the toasting… It’s just a great experience to share with the whole family. I’m not sharing my burger tho, I’m eating all 4 pieces, they can get their own burger.

When I pulled up it look as if they outbof business, walked up to the window seen the burgers sign on so I figured they are open ordering was a little off but got it done. Got the Chilli cheese burger seems small for an 8 dollar burger. It tasted good but wasn’t worth the 32.99 for 2 burgers fries and coke for 2

We had a great experience here at BJ’s. Knowing that it takes 15-20 minutes for them to make your order, we called ahead. By the time we arrived, it was prepared. The lady who helped us was nice and gave us ketchup and salt packs when we asked. We ordered regular fries and tots, so I can’t speak to the amount of fries you get with a large order (which so many other reviewers complained about). I do know that every place has their own sizing parameters, and a large here may not be the same as a large at, say, Whataburger or McDonalds. Also, a lot of people said the staff were rude. That definitely wasn’t our experience. People around here are often rude themselves and push customer service workers too hard, only to be shocked when they react. Idk if that’s what happened with some of the other BJ’s reviewers. But this also isn’t a gourmet restaurant. Don’t expect to be treated like a king/queen.

We’ve been eating here for years. It’s hands-down the best burger joint. We always have the gigantic burger that feeds 4. They prefer cash which is a pain but we made it work since the burger is awesome.

I went through the drive-thru and stayed about 5mins without anyone coming to the window. I parked and went up to the window and asked if the drive-thru was opened. The person who said she’s running the business said it was opened but she was the only one there. I mentioned that it would be professional to either recognize the customer or place a sign on the window. I ordered a cheeseburger and regular fries. It was about another 25min wait. Once my food was ready, the fries were over half empty. I asked if they can be full since I paid full price. The same lady said that’s all I could get. I requested a refund because of the poor service and she refused saying, “I don’t run my business like that.” The burger I received was burnt and I threw it in the trash. For the community including myself to support this business reopening, this is very poor service I received. My card was still charged $11.21.

This place holds memories of my mama & me as a kid so today I decided to have a nostalgic lunch. I was disappointed the lady taking the order was unbelievably rude all I asked for was ketchup. She slightly pushed my food rolled her eyes multiple times and just shoved my food towards me.. All b/c I asked for ketchup.. I had my moment there and not to sure I will be going back paying $25 bucks to be mishandled b/c I wanted ketchup…
