B-Side created by Valerie, Nando & Fernando Chang, from Itamae bring their Original Sushi Bar back to Miami Design District. B-Side is a perfect representation of the Chang family. It’s hard not to notice the impeccable sushi techniques and distinct understanding of traditional flavors perfectly blended with their love for all things music and travel. The concept’s very name comes from the family’s serious addiction to music, a wordplay on the funkier side of a record.

Awesome place with multiple Asian food options and B-Side delivers tasty rolls and sushis! We had some special rolls and sushis and it was great!

They have definitely cut back on their Sansho rolls (especially for takeout) at one point they use to give you a fair amount, definitely not worth the price. The amount/size of the roll just keeps getting smaller and smaller. It’s delicious, but the amount they are serving now is definitely not worth the price.

Paid 30 dollars for a bowl that literally had less than 2 oz of salmon. Absolutely not worth it at all. There are way better options in 1-800-luck

When we found two of our favorite things combined into a single location (food halls and Asian food) we were there.

I wanted a new spot to eat, decided to stop by here and let me say, I will not be returning. I will not be paying for sushi or even a poke bowl at the price this spot has it for and not even have a cashier attend me. They have a self check out kiosk, with an 18% service charge fee. The staff did not even acknowledge me nor could I have made changes to my order.

Did order a ceviche but received a poke bowl. Didn’t really understand why they are calling it a ceviche.. before they served ceviche so I was a little disappointed coming back.

Showed up at 11:03 on a Sunday night to be refused service we they said they were closed. Everywhere online states they close at midnight. Drove from Broward for this sushi, extremely disappointing.

Favorite sushi spot in wynwood, always has amazing items on the menu. Great if you can’t get to itamae and just want something quick and convenient. To me the price matches what you’re getting and the food is unreal every single time. Love coming here just wish they had a location more south near my house lol.

Stopped by at B-side for dinner. Shocked at the prices. 6 daily oysters cost $24. Do they know that the most upmarket, chic place like The Riverside Oyster Bar in Brickel charges $3.50 each for handpicked oysters (that would be $21 for 6)!! What a ripoff!!

Went here today for lunch with my boyfriend. It’s a “small Itamae” (if you haven’t been there GO ASAP). The food is AMAZING!!!! Definitely best sushi in Miami!!! I have gone to Itamae hundreds of times because I am a HUGE fan of Nando’s food and it NEVER disappoints, of course this place wouldn’t either!!! This is a MUST GO if you’re in Miami.
