I almost don’t want to post a good review because then all us locals are gonna flood the place and then it’s going to be another Farm Provisions or Essence and we won’t be able to get in without reservations on a weekend. But good food is good food. And I want them to succeed. Margaritas… On Point . Truffle Black Garlic Fries… I could literally put that sauce on anything and I threatened the waiter with licking the bowl when he asked to take it away. Ribeye seasoned and cooked to medium rare perfection . Dino ribs… I mean… Come on… It’s like delicious meat candy (no sauce, just very well seasoned). Screened in patio above the creek, nestled in the pines, with string lights through the trees. Chairs are like butter to sit in. I told the hubs that we need to bring cigars next time and sit on the outside patio and enjoy the night while he gets a whiskey from the bar. Inside is on the noisier side which is perfect for family dinners with the kids because no one can hear their random screeching outbursts , or at least if they do it won’t be in the defeaning silence of many of the tiny upscale restaurants that we have. I don’t dare bring my heathens there . Inside seating is just as amazing. Huge comfy leather chairs and booths. Every staff member I met was very nice, engaging, and seemed to genuinely like their job. Now for the only downsides: to be fair, we went late on a Saturday night (around 8pm and they close at 9pm like the rest of this sleepy town that rolls up the sidewalk at dusk). They were out of pork chops, fresh fish of the day, baked potatoes, and brisket (and probably a couple other things I forgot). They have only been open since June, so I didn’t take away a star for that. I just chalked it up to still learning volume and weekend demands. Mac and cheese seemed like it was yummy but it came out lukewarm, so cold cheese ain’t that great. I could barely eat half of my dino rib so I just put it in a to go box and considered it lunch for tomorrow when I can heat it up piping hot. Our substituted mashed potatoes were good. And their peach cobbler was great.

Wanted to give a shout out to B Simple BBQ. After a long weekend of tournaments, they absolutely made our evening. The staff was fantastic and accommodated our entire party at last minute. The appetizers were brought out and needless to say, there wasn’t a bite left. The oysters were fresh and seasoned to perfection. The smoked Prime rib was such a treat. We enjoyed the entire meal. The manager was awesome and she really seemed to take pride in the establishment. Thanks again! We will definitely be back!

Amazing! The food was outstanding and we really enjoyed our visit. For sure coming back to try everything else! Kristine was our server and was just the best! She heard us talking about the building back in the 60’s and made a point to show us some old pictures of the bar at that time that they had there. Legit such a great thing to show us and was just so cool to see. Service was amazing and the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted to find! Whoever the owner is, sir/ma’am, you nailed it with this place! Fantastic job!

We shared a NY Strip and ribs, both were excellent! Also the Cowboy Beans, Mac n Cheese were great. Aubrey the bartender was very friendly and the whole staff hustled and great service. It’s quickly becoming one of our favorite spots in S. Prescott.

Our experience at the breakfast location has always been great. We thought the lunch and dinner location would offer the same experience and great flare of the food. It was okay. My wife had the fish and chips. For the price we thought she should have had a few more pieces of the fish given the size or they could have been a little bigger. I had the Dino Short Rib. It was okay and had a little more fat then I’ve had in other restaurants. The atmosphere was fine until a larger, very loud party came in that pretty much ruined our experience. We say in the back room and the voice from the large group just echoed and made it very difficult for us to hear each other without shouting. There was plenty of room in the restaurant to move us and we would have suggested it but our waiters time became very occupied by this group that we finished, paid our bill and left.

Went in host was very friendly got our drinks, and my wife asked for sugar for her tea he said he’d be right back with it and to take our order. 30 minutes later he comes without sugar to refill our glasses, doesn’t take our order and we ask once more for sugar. 10 minutes after that he returns to take our order no sugar lol. whatever. the building was practically empty with only 3 tables but we let it go. we order our salads to come out first and then our dinner. as we sit and look at the still dirty tables from when we walked in and wait 35 minutes for our salads. except they didn’t bring our salads out first they brought everything. but only one salad. oh well. the steak under cooked, the sandwich came with swiss after asking for no cheese, the potato was alright and the fries good. our waiter didn’t check on us at all had to go up to the bar and ask for a check where the bartender told us how good they were etc. and we just stared at her as she didn’t even ask how our time was. we won’t be back for the overpriced old people food. the terrible service. or the gross un clean tables we stared at. suck a shame because their breakfast place never disappoints. maybe it was an off night but the waiter couldn’t have been more rude and for that we won’t be back, kindness in a small town is what gives second opportunities for bad food.

It was our first time eating here. While the food was good, not great the food server was a little quirky. 25 yr old male without much experience. Didn’t understand the drink ordered and actually never brought it. I know the restaurant recently opened but it was short staffed for sure. B simple cafe is a 5 star experience everytime.
