Friendly staff, reasonable prices and situated in an easy access shopping center with ample parking. The inside has some tables with a view of the water. It looked like there maybe outside seating as well but I was not able to confirm this during my visit. The menu includes a wide variety of asian inspired dishes. I was expecting a more authentic Vietnamese cuisine offering but it was more of a mixed bag of asian fusion dishes. I came here for dinner with a friend and we ordered the eggs rolls with vermicelli noodles (cold style). The taste was not bad, but the egg rolls were a tad on the salty side. We also ordered the Korean style short ribs, which was average. The portions were good and the prices are not bad at all. The interior is simple, nothing fancy and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Love this family-owned Ba-Le shop. The food is always so fresh, tasty with huge portions. They are so friendly and very accommodating. I always ask for extra sauce for my Spring rolls with vermicelli and they never charge extra for it. My fav for Vietnamese food in Hawaii Kai!

Very nice family business and great food. I think it’s better than of the fancier Vietnamese restaurants and more affordable. I love #9 garlic shrimp & spicy squid over noodles with request to make it extra spicy. They give you a huge amount.
