Stopped through Georgetown on our way to Lexington. A group of us were traveling for work and are so glad we stopped at Babes’s BBQ for lunch!! The food was absolutely amazing!! Everything is made from scratch. The service was quick and they were incredibly friendly!! It was great to be able to support a local small business!! Will come back again and especially for that homemade peach cobbler!! 🙂 Thanks for being so welcoming to our group!!!

Stop searching and start heading to this restaurant for the best BBQ and hospitality you’ve had for a long time! We were traveling from Michigan to Tennessee when we found this gem. Thank goodness my partner insisted on finding something local! We both had the rib sandwich and it’s amazing. The owner was also kind enough to come out from behind the counter and chat with us for a minute. If you don’t pick this one you’re really going to miss out…

Delicious food. I loved the sauce and the meat was cooked perfectly. Very friendly family service. Unfortunately they were vandalized so we didn’t get to go inside, but outside was nice.

If you haven’t stopped in here, you are missing something major in your life – from the people to the food and even the atmosphere. Bev greeted us as we walked in and had us pegged as “first timers.” She took time to review the menu and fill us in on how to order and pick a table. The smell was fantastic and we couldn’t wait to try the food.

New to the area and wanted to try it after reading some reviews. The hours said they were open till 8pm on Sat so we went. Got there at 3pm, parked and walked up to the door to see a closed sign. If your closed, update your hours and remove all the “open” signs.
