In my opinion not NY style pizza. Ordered the Yuppy and a pepperoni . The cheese was barley there had to come home to add cheese and put in the oven to crisp it up. Sauce was ehh.

Went in last night with my sister & niece! We come in here at least once a month for a catch up. Lovely atmosphere, good food, lots of things to keep kids occupied while you wait. The staff is well mannered and very friendly. A great place for a quick pizza date or on a whim family outing.

Been coming here for a long time and stopped for 1 slice, my usual pepperoni and sausage. Im ticked! $5 for one slice and it has 2 pieces of pepperoni and 4 crumbles of sausage?? What gives? Probably my last time at Babs!

Called in to place a take-out order last Wednesday evening. The young teen that answered put me on hold for 10 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. Before I could even say anything when I called back he said, “please hold.” Another 10 minutes and I finally hung up again. 20 minutes wasted and no pizza. We ended up getting Papa Murphy’s instead which was great customer service and quick. Bab’s is very poorly managed. This isn’t our first bad experience but is one too many. We won’t be back. Don’t waste your time.

Yikes. Not a great experience at Bab’s. It was very quiet, so quiet that we decided to order to go instead of eating in. Staff were clearly struggling with to-go orders that had been called in with pizza coming out burnt. There were also some questionable food handling practices on display. It took a while to get our food and it tasted fine. The toppings were completely uneven with one or two of the expected toppings missing altogether. Unfortunately not worth going back for a second try.

Absolutely love Babs it always tastes great, but I was very disappointed with the service I experienced today. I went in around 12:40ish and there was only one other couple waiting for their food. The nice young man took my order, which was a salad(large) and an order of garlic knots. About 15 more kids come in (lunch hour from school) and the young man took all their orders. I wait and wait and wait thinking I’ll be served before all these kids considering I ordered something simple and before they did. Well I was wrong they served every single kid their pizza, they ate all of it, and they cleaned up their table and headed back to school before I even got my salad. She was very chatty and unfocused today, and sometimes that happens and I get that, but I didn’t get my food until 1:20pm. That was along time to wait for a salad and some knots! I loved the salad it’s amazing and the pizza is good but if you don’t have time to wait, BABS is not the place to go.

I really loved this place about 7 months ago! But now, the customer service has gone very much down hill, unfortunately. Came in tonight (1/21/23), and one girl in particular, I dont know her name but she forgot my sauces and put ham on my pizza instead of bacon and did not say anything to me. I asked about my sauces and she gave me a very dirty look, like I had burdened her in some way. I will not be coming back. This place just isn’t the same these days.
