The service is usually pretty good. But the girls that work at the front are pretty rude and I tried to correct an issue on my last order. And they said that I need to call them that night or the next day. To be honest life gets busy and I don’t run on their schedule. The pizza we received last time was completely unsatisfactory. I’m currently waiting for my pizza right now approximately 45 minutes since I called. And they just told me that it just got put in the oven. I understand a rush of orders, but when you call and they say it will be ready in 30, and they really 90 they should say that. Unfortunately my family prefers this pizza. If it were up to me I’d stop coming.

The pizzas are okay, the fries and wings are really good. Customer experience not so great this time. We ordered a Chicken bbq pizza but ours had very little bbq sauce which made the pizza a little dried, and my young daughter asked if they could redo the pizza blonde lady responded and I quote “ That’s not our problem” Fortunately the other young girl took care of the situation in a professional manner and given that the pizza was more than 80% she replaced it. Younger and better with customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars please don’t waste your money here. Way over priced for the dry wings and greasy pizza! And the staffs attitude is horrible they messed up my order and she screamed at me saying can I come back because they don’t have a manager or drivers to do delivery when I was home already? I was a regular customer willing to give it a try again but will be my last.

I’m lactose intolerant and I still ate two slices. I can assure you all that baby Bros uses real cheese and lots of it. The pizza and potatoes came out fresh and piping hot, absolutely delicious. The wings came out at less than warm. I won’t be ordering the wings again. It was busy tonight but my buddy likes his wings not hot (temperature). I’ll definitely be coming back. The staff is friendly, the register girl is polite, sweet, helpful, and accommodating. The restroom is unisex and clean.
