My second visit to this restaurant. I decided to get a variety of dishes to try. It’s a clean establishment that will be closing the dine in section at the end of March to deliver only. The food was tasty, but I was upset that two rib orders before mine looked better than mine. I guess they made up for it with the extra brisket, but I was looking forward to the ribs. One sauce didn’t feel like enough for my ribs and the brisket though. My burger was good. The sides were good as well.

First time trying this place from recommendations from friends and co-workers. So I decided to call in an order, about 20 minutes before arriving. It took me 20 minutes to get to the restaurant and I waited additional 30 minutes for the food. I ordered a salad and wings. It should not take 50+ minutes for those two items.

The potato salad was too soggy and sweet. I also didn’t like the baked beans. The ribs were ok, but I feel like they could have smoked them a little longer to have that smoked taste. Great staff and very friendly tho.

I was very impressed with service I received at Baby Dolls Cafe today. The manager went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with food. The manager came to my table and noticed I wasn’t to please with my items I ordered without me saying word and insisted on correcting my order.That’s great accountability and excellent way to establish repeat customers. I will return again soon!

After a bad experience at Babydolls Cafe I won’t be back. On January 7, 2016 I called to place a pick-up order with Baby Dolls for dinner. I asked for a fried catfish dinner, but was told over the phone that they ran out of catfish. I was a bit disappointed and thought to myself that catfish is something that you would expect a restaurant to keep in stock. Rather than make a big deal about it, I decided to try the barbecued chicken meal instead. When I got there to pick up my food, the skin of the chicken was black and it was clear to see that it was overcooked. I opened the plate to show the cashier & she told me “That’s just how the chicken looks”. I calmly explained to her that I didn’t want to pay for overcooked chicken and that I already had to switch my order over the phone because they ran out of fish. Rather than try to make the situation right and give good customer service, she replied with an attitude, “Do you want the chicken or not?” At that point, I said no and left. It was basically a waste of my gas & time to go there.

Baby Doll’s is an oasis in a desert. Finally some good home cooking that you don’t have to prepare yourself. Smothered pork chops, greens, cheese spaghetti were all very good. The gravy on the pork chops was perfectly seasoned. My only suggestion would be to simmer & season the pork chop a bit more for tenderness and flavor. We dined in and were serviced in a timely fashion. My husband and I were able to dine and return to our jobs within our 1 hour allotted lunch time. We ordered two separate entrees but could have gotten away with sharing one, the portions are huge. Thanks Baby Doll’s for coming to our food rescue.

1.The food good 2. The Call in needs to get better they leave you on hold an you can hear then service other customers thats good but remember you left someone on hold 3. After you place your order over the phone but when you get there they want to charged you for 2 plates which you only ask for one. 4. Last but mot least after all that when you get your food its not right an you on lunch break you call back to speak to the manager an they say he said for them to take a message come on. My husband and I went there a month ago.we ordered our food. We already gotten our drinks went to have a seat until our beeper went off to let us know our food was ready.30 minutes had come and gone . The cashier that took our order had come to the the dining area had seen we didn’t have our food . I finally gotten up to see what the problem was .
