Omg amazing! From drinks to small plates to mains! Familiar yet different flavors that still give justice to Mexican Latin cuisine. Yes, it’s true that it’s hard to get a reservation, but my group of three people arrived at 5 PM opening time with no reservation, and we were able to sit at the bar and had an equally wonderful experience.

This place is pure passion. The setting is young, trendy, yet focused. The mesquite fired grill is a centerpiece of the restaurant, with almost everything being cooked on there. Easily one of the greatest restaurants in the Southwest. The bar is always open for walk-ins. I had to wait less than 30 minutes for a seat. Each dish is packed with flavor and cooked with love. The staff are all very down to earth and very clearly enjoy their job. Highly recommend to anyone, everywhere.

Enjoyed our anniversary there.Cassandra (hope I spelled it right) was an awesome host, answered all of our questions went above and beyond. My wife and I rode in on our motorcycles without a reservation (didn’t know you needed one lol) and all tables inside were booked but there was a few tables outside(it wasn’t that bad of a phoenix heat day) so we claimed ourselves a table and were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by her. As the evening continued we realized that the best place for us was outside because it got louder inside. We finished off our stay with a picture of us taken by Cassandra with an awesomely lit background. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Definitely easier to get into during the hot summer months. The bar at 5 pm is first come first serve. The food is delicious. It’s not worth the wait. It’s the rage if you want to stand and wait. The service is great. The place runs hot for the open fire grill happening. If you see a reservation opening that works for you, take it. Their sister restaurant in Mesa is also great. Definitely save room for dessert!! Gf and I shared 2 “apps” and a entree with room for dessert and were

Spontaneously walked in around 5:30pm and were able to get seated outside (not too hot given the trees’ shade), though we had an out-by for 6:30pm and weren’t allowed to order any alcoholic drinks.

Wow! This place has amazing food! The Mesquite grill is visible from the dining area, the bar is small but accommodating. The Atmosphere is pop trendy artsy demographic, I’m a blue collar man, that’s just my opinion, it’s pretty loud too, it has a very festive friendly feel, I felt welcomed very much so.

I can see why reservations for this restaurant go fast – the food is delicious! We started off with chips and three salsas and I can confidently say that this is the best chip/salsa combo I’ve had so far, which really should have been an indicator for the food that followed. We had the 36 ounce bone-in ribeye, horchata cuatro leches, and arroz con leche all for the table and were not disappointed – they were all so good! The staff were all very friendly and the restaurant itself is small but very charming.

I understand why reservations are hard to come by now. This place is MAGIC! These peeps are doing it right on so many levels, the food speaks for itself. We got the tomahawk ribeye option and yes it’s pricey but for my first time it was a must and not one bit of regret. Would I order again? Probably not but for a one time thing HELL YEAH! Got another reservation for May because we just have to try the other options on the menu and dessert. And the dish could feed 3-4 ppl but we killed it between 2. I was extremely stuffed. See you guys again.

Best restaurant in Phoenix. Such a unique, intimate, and tasty dining experience. You cannot go wrong with anything you order from the menu but the tomahawk was the star of the show. Looking forward to enjoying again soon!
