Sitting on the patio is great, especially with a musician on stage. The open-faced meatloaf was savory and a good hearty dish. If your riding the bikes north of the cities, Captain’s is a really nice pitstop.

This was an awesome lunch spot for us. They have indoor and outdoor seating, they even welcome dogs (on a leash). I got the Captain’s Burger, it was really unique with cream cheese, olives and Swiss. It was absolutely phenomenal, I’ll have to come back to get it again! I also got kettle chips, usually these are too hard for me, but the Captain’s are perfect and still crispy. The outside bar is also SUPER cute as the seating is swings instead of stools. Fun stop, great food, amazing service, so happy we tried it.

Decided to try it out for the first time since it has re opened. It was busy, so we waited patiently for over an hour for our appetizers. One app came out, and I questioned where the other app was since it had already been over an hour. Was told it would be checked on. Then a dinner salad came 10 minutes later out, but still no second app. The app and the food then came out 10 minutes later, all at the same time. I asked, the two ladiesbringingthe the food “How do you eat a meal and an app at the same time?” I was told the waitress messed up and should have stated for it to come out first. I explained that she said checked on it more than once. When looking at the receipt, it stated it was an app right on it. So, I’m not sure who was throwing who under the bus or not owning their mistake. The mistake could have and should have been handled better. Offer to take the app back, remove it from the bill etc. But nothing was owned. It was all finger-pointing. I decided to eat the app for my dinner based on what I felt could be re heated and turn out the best. And no one else wanted to share the app at that point since their food had arrived. The food was very good, the service needs improvement, and the wait was completely unacceptable. No wait staff came back to check on us after receiving our food. We had to find a server to get a to go container and our bill. It’s super frustrating for spending what we spent to eat out. And to have so many issues, no owning it or apology. It may be a while before we go back.

Stopped in for a late lunch. Our food was excellent – the group ordered burgers, wings, and a chicken sandwich. The fries were amazing … a little bit of a sweetness to them. Drinks were cold, and service was exceptional! Highly recommend!!

Very nice place we didn’t go inside but had a lovely lunch on the patio. The waitresses is a hole nother ball game, very distracted, messed up our orders and had three different waitresses because they would never come back.
