Great burger establishment. I was greeted as I walked in, the staff are very knowledgeable have a professional look and attitude. The burger I had was very fresh and was well prepared. As I ate the staff was always engaged and asked the customers if there is something else I can do for you. That definitely shows great Culture of Accountability. The establishment including the restroom was very clean. Great atmosphere. Definitely will go out of my way to return to this Back Yard Burgers.

This was a good place to eat. I would have given 5 stars, but the lettuce was wilted and we asked our classic to be cut in half and the hours were wrong, but we really wanted to try this place, so we waited the extra hour. They have everyday specials. We came on Sunday which is bogo chicken sandwiches. We got chicken sandwiches, a classic burger, onion rings and seasoned fries. First off, the chicken sandwhich was really good (minus wilted lettuce, i just took off of it), it had a nice lemon pepper taste. The bun was soft, chicken cooked perfectly. We split the classic, which again minus the wilted lettuce, had a really good taste to it too. It wasn’t your average thin patty either. Bun was soft too. The onion rings and fries are excellent. A must stop on I-20. It is a little out of the way, but it is worth it.

My visit was maybe 15min after open. Not very good, bought the single and double meal, don’t get the double bc you get two of the worst patties, you can manage to eat one but two , don’t be so cruel to yourself. The fries , I did not like , seasoned fries but floppy, back to the patties , why did I get the double, it was thick , not juicy or tender , probably cooked from frozen , you can just tell bc it’s had that shape of a frozen burger, like tuliped all around. Service was fine , probably best part , indifferent, how I prefer my fast food.

Lobby still not open and wild turkey burger tasted like it thawed out from frozen…and thrown together…the cheese wasn’t even melted. Prizes way to high for such small portions…but not terrible.

Drove over from a few exits down, GPS had us goin where these trains are stand still so turned around twice. Finally get there an the lobby is CLOSED! Did not even eat there cause it didn’t look like anybody eats there.

Sit in drive thru for 10 minutes. No one came on the intercom. Pull around to window, honk the horn, still no one came to window. The door was locked and a sign said drive thru only. Came back to drive thru n honked my horn again, no answer. The drive thru window was open a little so I said are y’all open, a white lady came around corner n acted suprprise then comes to window and acted like I had done something wrong. After we ordered our food, she comes back to window and says like I was so wrong for doing that. What a joke

After meeting the night manager Shay I was very impressed! They were very professional and kind to us! & honered our coupons! That was actually my first time there so I have a new favorite burger spot plus their fries are the bomb!… (honestly Wendy’s is the only place that I will ever really buy fast food from the last time I went they were absolutely rude to me!)
