RAVE!!!! I pulled into the drive thru at Backyard Burger just minutes before close (I thought they closed at 10 until i got to the window to pay and saw they clearly were almost done for the night) I have had a very hard day and was so stressed out. My order for 4 people wasn’t simple and if I had realized they were closing that fast I would have done something different. They were very patient with me and kind. The food was very good and perfectly made even so late. I feel really bad that they had to deal with a frazzled lady in the drive through but they really showed out and made my night a lot better. The crew tonight really rocked. Thank you guys!!

I tried to order a double cheeseburger with blue cheese on it and the first one was full of gristle! I don’t understand because I’ve never had this issue here before I love this place and have been eating here for 35 years! So I kindly went back in and told them the issue because I couldn’t eat half of it and Nikon we made me another one the coke seemed as confused as I when he heard that it was full of gristle so I ordered a second one and it turned out to have even more graceful in it and was worse than the first one but I couldn’t get myself to go back in and complain again so I just went to Wendy’s ♂️

Overcooked and underwhelming. A burger should be juicy and tasty. What I got was a dried out patty with no flavor except for the blackening spices. The fries and shake were okay. This place should take lessons from 5 Guys on how to cook a burger. Might learn something.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no onions at the drive through. Onions in the burger. No bacon. No cheese. Cold hamburger. Ordered ice cream and chili- one spoon. No crackers. Not impressed. Not happy.

A few months back my brother and I had eaten at this location after we went to Home Depot. Better than 5 Stars!! 10 star food! 10 star service! We used to have Backyard Burgers in Hot Springs but sadly we no longer do, but BY is easily the best. On Feb 4th my wife and I stopped at this location on the way to LR. We usually eat steakhouses on date nights and my wife was ok with stopping for a burger and I told her we need to go here. We ate in the car outside but we came in to use the restroom & the place was very clean! The restrooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly! Thank you for being nice people and thank you for providing absolutely great service + product!!

We paid $21 something for this food. That’s good money for fast food to be getting shorted on our food. Patties were extremely dry. Not the best experience and what a disappointment for a Friday dinner. I do have to say the young lady taking orders was very polite, so thanks for that lol
