Just moved to Scottsbluff, Ne . From Colorado. Looking for a new restaurant with steak on the menu. Backtracks was recommended by the locals. Plus the welcome lady Jan Curtright gave us a lovely welcome bag that included a 25% off coupon to Backaracks. I have to say the steak was nothing less than phenomenal! The staff equaled the delicious food. Tammy came to welcome us learning from our server Taylor that it was our first time visiting their restaurant. Speaking of Taylor, she checked back within 2 minutes of serving our steaks to ensure they were cooked to our liking. I can’t tell you how many times I have ordered food that was over or uncooked and just ate it anyway because the server didn’t do an immediate check after serving our meal

To start with, I hate smoked and barbeque food, but my husband loves it. Let me tell you, get the taco. Best taco I’ve had in a long time, and big, or maybe I should say BIG. That with a glass of sangrea, can actually put Mexican restaurants to shame. Can I also say, Ashley, our waitress, sweet, funny, amazing. This girl loves her job, and it shows.

So we order some nachos to take home and we ended up with crushed up chips and a few pieces of steak! It was 34 dollars and let’s not forget it was going to be an extra 11 dollars for extra steak which probably wouldn’t have been extra because they already don’t give you any! Disappointed have to figure something else out for dinner

Very friendly staff and steaks were delicious cooked to perfection. We forgot my husband’s hat and glasses there, we realized when we entered Colorado. We called and they sent our stuff to us. Jewel and Brooke you ladies have restored my faith in humanity. We need more people like you!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Moved to Nebraska about 8 months ago. I can tell you right now, probably one of the best places we went to eat. Has the nice dive bar feel, but more importantly their ribeye and spinach artichoke dip is spot on tasty. Baked potato cooked to perfection, house made ranch made their salad absolutely amazing. Dinner going out hasn’t been this good in awhile.

Food is awesome ! Our second time traveling through , wings are great and I’m not sure what is in the burger because they are the best I have ever had ! Brayden was our server and he was swamped , he was amazing , I feel he was handling 10 tables all with a smile and love and That is rare in todays world ! I was expecting a steakhouse. But got a very loud very packed bar. Took awhile to get a waitress then to get food. Food was good. I had shrimp. My buddy had steak but said very bland.

I go mostly for lunch with my wife and 92yo mom. Great menu, lots of variety, always tasty food. Very affordable. What I appreciate is the friendly atmosphere and great service in a place run mostly by women. Steaks, ribs, wings, nachos and burgers are all good. Never disappointed. Mom loves it!
