Great brisket, pulled pork and ribs. The servings of meat and sides were generous and all for a great value. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed eating from Backwoods BBQ and if i could give it 6 stars i would.

Nice Little Spot along the road but the food was quite bad. Pulled pork was dry and gristly, cole slaw was watery and other than a hint of vinegar completely flavorless. All I could taste in the barbecue sauce was an excessive amount of cumin. This town needs a nice bbq spot but this isn’t the answer.

This morning was my 3rd visit. All 3 times the food and service were great. This morning’s breakfast was tasty and was quickly prepared. It is easy to get to whether you drive up or fly in to KLEW (Auburn Lewiston Municipal Airport).

Ribs were absolutely terrible. Hard chewy rubber, tougher than my boots. You can cook better BBQ in an electric oven than they can cook with a wood grill. Giant waste of $35
