11:58 Sunday 9/25/22 pulled I. To order lunch, as flag flying out front was an open flag! Walked up to door to enter “open restaurant ” to find it locked! Barely legible hours sign said 11:30. Husband walked across roads, while I climbed back into truck and some RUDE female came out of house out in front of restraint SCREAMING at him that he couldn’t leave vehicle there. Dipwad! Only trying to see name of other restraints that had customers in them and where clearly open unlike this place.
