Went on a Sunday , so super busy we already know there’s a wait. Got the omelette, sausage sandwich, and donut holes. Donut holes were okay, a bit hard for my taste. Hamhock omelette which is an interesting meat to chose was okay as well could’ve used more flavor on the egg. The sausage sandwich was good and the gravy was nice. I need to try another dish to give a true assessment.

Finally made it! Our server, Christine, was friendly and attentive. The waffle perfectly crunchy and chicken flavorful. Biscuit and gravy one of the best around. The stiff caffetini was so yum. Hope to come back soon

First things, the wait to be seated is long and the food is heavy. It’s the nature of the restaurant, so those things don’t negatively affect the review. The food: it’s rich, it’s decadent, it’s good on the whole. The waffle was a little dry, and the potatoes needed salt, but the breakfast sandwich was delicious, and the French toast was flavorful and moist. The gravy is good but very bold in flavor. While the wait to be seated is long (about 1.5 hrs), the wait to get flood was just as long. This isn’t necessarily a problem if you’re with your friends, have no immediate plans, and are having a few drinks. But if you’re expecting to come with kids or to have a reasonably quick breakfast with family, this is maybe not your spot. The servers were friendly but after the orders were placed, there wasn’t a lot of attention paid. This is an area of improvement as some refills on drinks or an update about how long the food would take would have been appreciated. All in all, good spot with indoor and outdoor seating, good food, and nice people. This is a very popular local spot.

The food was decent, just like your regular breakfast place. It definitely didn’t live up to the hype, but the service was good & all the staff was friendly even though they were slammed. We got there right when they opened, so we only waited in like a 15-person line, but the lines here are insane on the weekends when we drive by.

My 3rd time here and they have consistently provided great service. They’re almost always busy especially brunch Friday and Saturday. For example today we waited almost 40 minutes to be seated but the food and friendliness of the staff makes it totally worth it. Take note because they’re always busy their parking lot spots are also often full so you might have to either do a few loops or just park in the street. The portions are big too, I’ve never finished anything I’ve ordered and always have leftovers. Great place, just keep in mind the wait time. Photos are of their oatmeal dish, and then top of the photo is avocado toast with potatoes (can order fruit instead, avocado toast default comes with 2 whole eggs on top), and bottom plate is 2 eggs with bacon. Ahhhh! Definitely worth the wait! They don’t take reservations. This was my second attempt trying Bacon & Butter. First time the wait was just too long. This second time, we decided to commit and wait 45 min or so to get sad. We were sat a little bit before closing.
