Lousy food, tasted like meat from any grocery store deli. Their only sauce was pathetic. Expensive for poor quality. Service was slow and rude. They displayed their sexual perversion as a point of pride. They even named one of their sides, “sinful slaw.” I would not recommend

I really wanted to like Betty’s, really I did. I come from Kansas City and have judged bbq competitions, so, I know bbq. I got the pulled pork and ribs, I found the bbq without flavor and dry. The sauce was a little off to me. My advice to them is try a different rub and crutch the ribs (wrap) for a couple of hours after smoking them. Smoke the meat over hickory and pecan and use different sauce (a sweet, molasses and brown sugar based sauce is the best, but I am a little biased. You can do it Betty’s, I’ll even come back and teach you.

Really nice people so that earned them an extra star. I am from the South and looking for some good barbecue. I may have to just open a restaurant to get good food in Montana. The brisket taste store bought like from Costco or something. The mac & cheese taste like it is from the box. Overall, the food is bland and I will not be eating here again.

Good bbq is hard to find, many places offer bbq but are sometimes too dry or not seasoned enough. Bad Betty’s was just right. Drove through Helena on our way down from Glacier and it hit the spot.

The atmosphere has a quaint feel to it with the multiple antiques and wood tables. The food is delicious and reasonably priced with today’s food costs. Portions are plentiful. Always pleased eating here.I had the combo platter for $13.50 highly recommended.

Ordered the Holy trinity on their recommendation. It’s really good. Too big to eat unless you either have a gigantic mouth or eat some of the stuff on top first. They actually have really good coleslaw! Had the Wicked beans as a side and it was fantastic.
