A true gem in this area. Fantastic brisket, amazing tacos, and yummy sauces! The elotes corn is very delicious, but the brussels sprouts stole the show – hands down the best I’ve ever had. I cannot wait until my next visit to Bad Wolf!!! (Also, sorry for the half eaten terrible photo. I was too excited and forgot to snap any!)

Everything is delicious! We ate here for lunch and enjoyed the chimichuri aioli brisket sandwich and the brisket tacos. Awesome friendly service and plenty of outdoor seating available. Have eaten here multiple times and loved every item on their menu! Brisket is incredible

Wow! Mega impressed with the Barbecue here – some of the best I’ve ever had in our home state. The ribs in particular blew me away. If I lived closer than 500 miles away, It would be hard to keep me away.

So. Freaking. Good. My boyfriend and I have been twice now and have not been disappointed by the BBQ! Our first time, I got a pulled pork sandwich. It was delicious, mouthwatering! Yesterday, my boyfriend ordered the Double Down Sandwich. He gave me a bite and it was so good. The bread was so buttery, the whole sandwich melts in your mouth, . I know what I’m ordering next time!!!

Finally made it to Bad Wolf BBQ over in Ruston. Andrew Caskey is absolutely killing it. Brisket was savory and wonderful, ribs delicious, the boudin spot on, jalapeño cheddar sausage perfectly balanced and those pork belly burnt ends with blueberry gastrique were insanely good. Also wonderfully surprised by their white sauce paired with the brisket. The regular BBQ sauce was phenomenal. This is a must visit if you’re anywhere near Ruston (or even an hour away like me)
