Came on their soft opening week. This temple city location is a very small restaurant, which only has 4 tables, and are currently only doing takeouts. Meaning you can eat there if you can find a table, but your food will be given in to-go containers. Not very eco-friendly IMO. Service was fast but could be more friendly. Good thing the flavors are authentic, but I wish they had more options for drinks (did not see drink choices on the overhead menu).

Finally a new dumpling spot in TC! I’ve heard great reviews about Bafang and I’m so excited I don’t need to drive out to their City of Industry or Chino Hills location. I came here during their soft opening and ordered Togo since tables were limited. Their signature potstickers are definitely unique and different from the ones I’m used to or ever had at other dumpling shops in the SGV. The signature noodle was great and delicious, especially since it was the spicy version. In addition, their fried pork chop was fried evenly and not overly oily.

Ordered 3 combo, price very reasonable. Food is average. Wish the potstickers are more crispy on the bottom. I’d come back because it’s convenient… I place the order in the phone and it’s ready fast.

I came during their soft opening, and I luckily beat the lunch rush by arriving before noon. There were already about 5 groups of people waiting before noon. I arrived around 11:30am, ordered, ate there, and left around 11:55am. It’s a quick lunch spot. I felt a bit rushed.

Just visited this place and the food was good. I was in Taipei a week ago and really enjoyed Taiwan BaFang’s corn and PORK potstickers. I asked the staff in Temple city why they are not offering corn and pork as an option, they said Americans don’t like corn and pork!!

This place is small. They only have six tables. I ordered their signature potstickers with lemon black tea. I waited about 10 minutes for my order. Potstickers were juicy. I didn’t like their tea because I mostly tasted lemon.

Ordered online for pickup to avoid the lines. I got the Old Fashioned Noodles ($6.95), 12 Signature Potstickers ($10), and the 12 Kimchi & Pork Potstickers w/ the Hot and Sour Soup Combo ($11.75). The noodles tasted pretty good with a great portion size but it has only chives and bean sprouts. The Kimchi potstickers were a bit too spicy fot me but the Signature Potstickers were okay. Nothing special about the potstickers or noodles. Just a decently priced meal if you don’t want to spend too much. Probably won’t be coming here unless I am craving it.

At the given price-point, this place is underrated. I’ve come a couple of times with friends, and we’ve been full and satisfied. The pork cutlets are a personal favorite, and the noodles are really good too. The place is quite small though, but the outdoor seating options in the plaza make for a nice place to have meal too.
