Drive thru is the worst. They don’t have anything to order online or a speaker before you arrive at the window. You Order once you arrive at the window and Then you wait another 30 minutes for your food. Not Sure what the inside is like, but it is super busy also.

Walking into this place I should have just turned around and left but I have friends who raved about the food. There were flies everywhere, and an unwelcoming staff. I ordered a bagel sandwich and grabbed a macaroni salad from the fridges. Paid $15 and the salad had mold growing on it and there was a hair in the unopened container. I went back in to ask for a refund for the salad and was told that he didn’t know how to process a refund.

I hate to say this, but this location’s quality has died since new ownership took over. Today is the last day I will spend money there. One bagel was so tough it was hard to eat. The other bagel was so soggy and undercooked, it was impossible to eat and had to be thrown away. I will have to go to the Minnesota location and that sucks since I live so close to this location.

I was so happy to see that there are a few GF bagel options and enjoyed a chicken cordon bleu everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. It was tender chicken and the bagel was nice and soft as well. I also bought the gf cinnamon raisin bread pudding and a gf blueberry muffin just to try them. The one thing I wasn’t a fan of was the Kombucha I decided to try…. Apparently not my thing, but hey, if it’s your thing, they have it!

I have visited this location twice. The first time, I was the only person in line. It took over 15 minutes to be waited on and another 20 to receive my two bagels. The second time I went, I tried the drive-thru. I waited over five minutes and not one car moved. I thought maybe it would be quicker to go inside to order. WRONG! I waited in line behind seven people for another 10-15 minutes before an order was even taken. The workers are working, but they need to find a new system here. In the entire 15-ish minutes I was there, only two cars made it through the drive-thru and one order was taken. No bagel is worth a 60-75 minute wait.

I’ve gotten sunday morning bagels here a couple of times and they never disappoint. The first was one of thier sandwhich types with salmon, the second being the limited time Carnival Bagel (a fun multicolored bagel with cotton candy flavored cream cheese). Both were delicious and hit the spot.

Can’t win at this location. The wait inside is long and the lobby has been messy each time, the last time even having a loose tampon on the floor of the dining area. Somehow the drive thru is even longer. The only car in line and waited over a half hour for 3 bagels. You can go to an actual sit down restaurant for dinner and have less of wait. I dont know whether to be mad at the time it took or impressed that they’ve somehow complicated the bagel making process to take nearly 40 minutes.

This place cannot seem to get it together. Seldom get the orders correct, long waits in line. I waited 21 minute for two bagels with one car in the lot and one car in front of me in line.

We went through the drive through which was a mistake. The breakfast sandwiches were ok, but you place your order at the window and then have to sit there and wait for it and pull ahead and wait for about 20 minutes. Please improve this! A separate ordering spot before the actual pick up and pay window would probably help.
