Super yummy! Fresh, chewy bagels in 15+ flavors made on site daily. Bacon herb cream cheese was delish. Chunks of salty bacon and fresh rosemary. Had the Canadian omelet which was huge. Enough to share. Crispy seasoned potatoes and a toasted bagel to boot. Too bad we’re only in town for a short visit or we’d be here daily. Place is small but worth the wait for a table.

Negative stars is better but can’t do. The bagels are average – not chewy NY bagels by any stretch of imagination, but just rolls-like. The service is UNACCAEPTABLE. The guy got the simplest order for two bagels wrong and got furious for simply trying to explain what the order was supposed to be. So furious that we had to walk away with what he threw on the counter with the WRONG bagels not to escalate anything. You pay and can’t get what you ordered and can’t even try to explain it without being attacked. I am NEVER coming back and don’t recommend anyone do so if they don’t want to be dealt with with fury for no reason at all. I can’t even call it customer service to call it terrible customer service. It’s just terribleness.

Today I had breakfast at this place. The food is varied and tasty. They have coffee, juices and sodas. They speak English and Spanish. The staff is very attentive. The coffee is refillable as many times as you want. The place is nice and comfortable. Large parking space. I recommend it! I will definitely be back very soon! ☺️

I have been going here for years, but it stopped today. Made a simple order in the restaurant, over 20 minutes later, I was still waiting for it to come out. One of the owners asked me twice if I had been waited on, the third interaction she asked for my number. She walked in back and came back out with a bag after approximately an additional five minutes. She handed it to me and I left. When I got home it was completely wrong (I do not live close). We called the restaurant twice, the second time someone said they would call us back in an hour, they never did, so we called them back. This time, the person on the other end blamed us for not checking the order. After additional discussion, we got a refund. Isn’t the customer supposed to be right? I paid for two items I did not receive. Anyway, it saddens me that two bagel sandwiches cost over $16 and you don’t even get what you ordered and paid for, and then you get blamed for the entire situation. Bad customer service.

This place has been around for as long as I can remember (25+ years I honestly think) and it’s still just as good as when I was a kid. Always fresh bagels that taste amazing. Wonderful staff. Building a little cramped but that’s not their fault. You’ll love this place if you’ve never tried it
