Bagelicious sells the tastiest bagels in CT!! They are delicious and they even sell them by the dozen so you can make your own at home. I highly recommend getting there earlier than 11am to avoid the crowds and they usually start running out of bagel options by then. The drive through is pretty slow and typically goes the same speed as ordering from the counter. They will not toast your bagel if you don’t ask, which is surprising since all the other places do it automatically. The quality of the bagels is amazing, but when you order one of the sandwiches they make at the store, the quality is super unpredictable. My usual order of pastrami egg & cheese sandwiches are sometimes loaded and sometime without any pastrami which can be very disappointing. Now I just buy bagels by the dozen from there and I recommend Bagelicious Cheshire for sandwiches instead because they provide a 100% more consistant high quality sandwiches.

Stop in at 9:30am to order breakfast sandwiches and a dozen bagles, it was 10am before we got to the window to pick up our order. Food and bagels were great , but the service was horrible. For a drive through it needs work. We ordered a dozen bagels, they were outta 2 flavors and were running outta of third. Again food was good but service was not.

I just had the first time WORST experience at Bagelicious in North Haven, CT (9:30 A.M.). I’m listing the time so the manger knows who was on the register and she needs to be retained. I went inside to order a toasted bagel with cream cheese (barely toasted and globs of cream cheese) and two bagels in a bag. I waited and waited and I was #10 and several numbers were called ahead of mine which were after the #10. I asked nicely the girl at the counter if she knew how much longer for my bagel to come out. The response I got was “this is not Dunkin Donuts”. Oh I responded by “you think I don’t know that and if I wanted Dunkin Donuts I would have went there”. Keep in mind this was my very FIRST visit and I will tell you now it will be my LAST visit.

First time here. My bagel was good. Some of the tables were dirty and I took the initiative to clean the service station which was dirty as well. I guess a customer left a huge mess and didn’t clean up after themselves. I didn’t mind cleaning up, that’s just common courtesy. Overall, my sister and I had a nice time.

Quick service from the drive through- bagels are large and tasty. My favorite is the jalapeño jack bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. Iced coffee wasn’t half bad either.

Bagels are solid but for the love of God, PLEASE use SALTED butter. The butter they use has no flavor because it’s unsalted. Who wants flavorless butter- your bagels would taste so much better if you made this change!! Thank you!!

Waited 20 minutes for a bagel toasted with butter while watching the previous orders come out slow and to extremely angry people. Finally get to work (which I am now late to) to open my cold toasted bagel with butter (not even melted) with an eggshell baked into the bagel. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never spend money here again.

The Food is excellent. But the phone hasn’t been answered for call ahead orders. There’s no app to order ahead either. I could pick up breakfast before work more often if order ahead were improved.

Bagels are good but the atmosphere and employees are miserable. I can’t tell you how many times I come for bagels and I’ve never had a great experience. From now on my new bagel place to go is Shef’s bagels in Chesire , ct!

Definitely a reconmend an the breakfast sandwich side of things. Try the cheddar, asiago and cinnamon raisin are very good… but wait!! French toast bagel!? Yes, please!! Arrive early for best selection and there will more than likely be a wait. Oh, so delicious… cause they are Bagelicious
