Food service was super quick. Would have liked a little more salmon for the price of the platter and the coffee was horrible and flavorless. The staff was so busy they didn’t seem to be able to make the time for actual customer service. I understand being busy but you need to staff accordingly. Visited for breakfast on Saturday morning. If more salmon was offered and the coffee tasted better they’d have gotten a better review. If you’re looking for a great salmon platter Remdez Vous on Rte 84 is definitely worth the trip! These guys could stand to learn something about portion offerings from Rendezvous Vous.

We are so disappointed how we were treated on a few occasions. It may be the owners, as I was told that by customers, but not sure. We were literally screamed at to shut the door. There is a way to say things nicely. They were so rude. Even when I heard them taking orders in front of me and then mine. Then they tell you to leave when you finish and are sipping on your drink and chatting w our group . Customer service is dead. Well there may be hope ( ash and Justin were nice ) I asked for my bagel well done and it’s like Dough. I’m scared to tell them so I’ll eat it and never come back.

So most people would be surprised that I’m only rating them four stars because my husband and I are always talking about how much we love this restaurant. It’s definitely our go to for breakfast. The food is always consistently great and they definitely have the best bagels in my opinion. However what’s not always consistent is the friendliness of the staff, which I get bc I’m not always in the best mood either. The only thing is I believe if you work in the service industry you should always treat your clients with tons of respect and appreciation because well they’re the reason you have a job. Woke up and was in the mood for a bagel and lox. After trying a few bagels and delis around my area I just wasn’t impressed. I ventured out a few miles out to check this place out and am so happy I did. I was very impressed with their bagels and the service. I ordered an everything bagel with nova spread, they did offer lox but changed my mind in the midst. I also ordered an iced coffee which was great. It was accompanied by a splash of vanilla creamer; it was lightly sweet and very tasty. My husband ordered an egg sandwich with bacon on a plan bagel, he devoured it before I could take a photo. He said it was fantastic! I can’t wait to come back and try more of their bagels and menu options.

First time here, and it was a pleasant surprise. The layout is warm and intentional, with the menu, deli, pastries, and bagels presented along the two walls you face as you enter. The staff is professional and friendly, and our food was well-made (got the brisket dip, everything wheat flagel, and eggs). Definite gem.

Up All Night
Best bagels in Florida! I drive from Davie and buy a dozen to freeze, plus the yummy rainbow cookies. The bagels are so fresh and delicious that they don’t even need butter or cream cheese. The gyro platter is better than the Greek diner and the free cucumber water is so refreshing. The staff is always friendly and I would give 10 stars if I could!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews on restaurants (only good ones)..I just simply don’t go back. I see by reading some reviews I’m not the only person disappointed with the service at bagels and a whole lot more. I understand that there are new owners. All I can say to the new owners you need to teach your employees how to respect your customers..standing behind the counter and yelling at customers to close the doors is not only disrespectful but rude… You should be grateful you have enough customers where you have long lines all the way out of your establishment.. this isn’t the only time we experienced disrespect in this establishment.. you know the one thing we need the most world right now is some kindness… Kindness goes a long way!
