Baja 328 is absolutely worth the trip. The cocktails are great and the tacos are very tasty, everything we had was delicious. The atmosphere is loud but intimate, and the staff was very friendly, focused and prompt. It’s always a delight to see wait staff that know their business with little wasted movement. We will definitely eat here again next time we’re in Beacon.

The guacamole was a bit blend. I wish there was either more onion/ cilantro/ pepper in the guacamole. The rice bowl was good. The tacos can be a hit or miss. Shrimp taco was nice. Ahi tuna taco was interesting.

So the food was yummylicious!! The red sangria, not so much Nick K, our server was friendly, attentive and energetic. My “Baja burger was so good! The pickled red onions, avocado and dressed field greens kicked it up a notch. Chunky delicious yucca fries seemed air fried because they were non greasy and lightly crispy. Dessert which I forgot to take a photo of was decadent. Medium cast iron guacamole bowl filled with warm molten chocolate cake topped with vanilla ice cream . Strawberry halves and whip cream with a chocolate dressing.

prefer to not have the big roll up door open to the street when I am eating for one. no one has a choice. food was ok – i guess if you are in the mood for tacos or fajitas, this is the place, but you’ll be eating ‘outdoors’ I ordered the tequila shrimp and it looks nothing like the photo online – it was a few shrimp and a ball of rice, no vegetables. I’m suprised the chef thought the plate made a good presentation because both my friend and I were disappointed. the service was adequate – nothing overly warm and inviting

Atmosphere was great! They provide an awesome ambiance. The bartender staff was Excellent with capital E drinks were prepared to perfection!!! Food was fresh and delicious, 10/10 would come back. portions were incredibly generous for the pricing, without a doubt a top location in the heart of Beacon NY.

After hearing great things about this restaurant, I decided to stop in today. Ordered the queso fundido which was just queso. Reminded me of chipotles queso minus the peppers. It also stated it came with tortillas, but we recieved chips instead, which were very tasty. The restaurant was busy, but not busy enough to not be checked on for half an hour. We had to flag the waiter down and decided to take food to go. Not worth it in my opinion, not sure what all the hype is about. Service was awful. Food was mediocre.
