First time visiting and I had an amazing experience! The set up is amazing there’s like 3 different sections and there were live music and the lights came on in the evening it was beautiful! I ordered fries and calamari for a snack and man they were crispy calamari just the way I like em, sooo delicious. I definitely recommend this place for a chill night to relax enjoy the breeze music vibes. Customer service was great too! Keep it up! Thank god they had a parking lot fits about 20 cars I think. It was a bit windy and my husband couldn’t get a nice video with his drone we literally got a 7 second video and put it in slow motion. (My last evening before I give birth)

I had my 60th Birthday party at Baja Boathouse. We planned it back when it was Off Key Tiki but the new owners went far above and beyond my expectations for this event. My wife did an amazing job of planning and follow-up up with the Baja Boathouse team who worked so hard to make this special.

This is a great place to add to your summer plans! The atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly. There’s a dj playing music. The food is great, drinks are strong, the view is pretty, and staff is super friendly, as well.

Looked a lot better in the pictures. I did enjoy the steak sandwich. I just wish there was more steak on it. The service was on point, and I liked the few new beers that were from Italy. I thought originally this place was like pops in long Beach, but there are only a few chairs in the sand. That was placed in front of the stage, which can be good when there’s a show, but I would rather be looking at the water.

My boyfriend & I arrived at the Baja Boathouse early Friday evening and sat at an outside table. I asked about happy hour and was told they didn’t have happy hour. We then went to the bar before our reservation and had a drink. After ordering a glass of wine and a rum punch we were told about happy hour. Apparently the wait staff isn’t knowledgeable about happy hour and specials this establishment offers on a daily basis. We then returned to an outside bar area and asked the waitress to see the menu. We also asked if we could sit close to the water although we had reservations. The waitress said that was fine. I asked for a smash burger to be prepared medium rare and my fries to be fresh and hot. Then we were asked to leave. I requested to speak to the manager or owner to ask why I was being asked to leave & was told they were unavailable. I actually have a video of the bouncer pushing me out of the restaurant past the gated area stating “The establishment reserves the right to refuse service”. I was shocked and appalled by the actions and treatment that I received. All because I asked for my fries to be hot and burger medium rare. I again attempted to contacted the manager on Sunday after they requested a call back from me when once again I was told they were unavailable. This was the worst experience & such a disappointment.

Been here twice and the food was delicious both times! Definitely recommend the burgers and the apps. Drinks are also generous with the liquor. Getting food always takes a bit longer than ideal, but the place is near the water with a chill vibe making it a relaxing wait!

To say I had a good experience here would be a blatant lie. Upon arriving with 6 others we were seated and immediately ordered $100.00 in drinks. With there minimal menu options we had things picked out ready to order . Upon ordering our waitress informed us nearly 6 menu items weren’t available today, something that should have been said prior to seating. After settling on what was left we waited for our meal . They decided to bring out all our entrees first before 4 appetizers (2 of them being a simple pretzel). We received and finished our meal to only receive our appetizers 20

Steak tacos were to spicy.( WAS TAKEN OFF THE BILL UNABLE TO EAT , TY.) A drink never made it to the table. Guacamole is not avocado on the chicken sandwich. The Guacamole was the same for chips as my sandwich. I really expected sliced avocado. . Wings great …chicken tacos great. Watermelon salad hummm not what I expected.. but yes will go back and try again
