Excellent ! I came from other state to visit my friend. Wanted to eat Mexican. I’m big fan of Chipotle’s bowls but wanted to try similar at different place! Found this place on google and decided to give a try. And it was WORTH it. Tremendous taste and extremely fresh and healthy food. This bowl was about 1000+ calories. GREAT customer service from staff. They keep place clean. They are busy so they take time to take order but prepared it quickly! I loved the “salsa bar” and all salsas. Definitely recommendable place for mexican items.

I think this is one of the last Baja Fresh locations in the area. The food is always good and the customer service matches as well. I’ve gone a few times and it’s consistent! The price is a little high than it use to be of course, but you get a full platter that’s enjoyable.

Not impressed… they got both my and my daughters order wrong… the food was uninspiring and the steak bowl looked like someone had barfed cucumbers on a pile of overcooked steak… burrito was ok but not what I ordered … you also get to small containers of dry tortilla chips..… will not be coming back …

I have been coming to eat here since I was 10 years old – I am 33. Lunch here on a Sunday was just as delicious as I have always remembered it. I highly recommend the Baja chicken burrito. The salsa bar is superb. Service was so efficient and speedy too. Clean and sanitary place to eat and relax. It is amazing this place has stood the test of time.

I come here from time to time. Use to be on point but the past 3 times in the last year the food and service has been lacking. I always pick up “to-go” and yesterday there was 2 things wrong with my order (which, sadly, has been the norm). My fajitas had no pico nor tortillas. Went back into the establishment and they gave them to me. Then (after I got home) one of the two burritos was just pico and chicken with just a sliver of guac. It really sucked having 5 cubed chicken pieces in a sea of pico. Bonus though, used some of the pico for the fajitas. The other burrito was great.

I ordered my food for pick up via Doordash. Baja Fresh didn’t have my order. Doordash tried calling the store and they would not answer the phone…or so doordash said. It was very suspicious. At first doordash would not refund me but did eventually. I may have been the victim of some AI stunt. I have had Baja Fresh food before. It is awesome! I just had this one bad experience.

I Baja Fresh is just that and glad they are still around. Place was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. My order was filled correctly and quickly. Sat at a clean table and watch the Titans & Bengals game. The salsa was open and yes the bathrooms were clean.
