Quaint environment, fairly standard fresh-mex options with the addition of the somewhat unique wahoo fish protein choice. I had the ensalada with wahoo; I had it as is; next time I’ll request some extra salsas to try in it.

Every since I started going to Baja Fresh the staff is always patient, friendly and very helpful. I don’t know if it’s a good or bad thing when the staff knows your order. I will continue to come to Baja Fresh because it’s half the price of Chipotle and you get more food as well.

Yesterday, for only the 2nd time (1st time during Covid restrictions) I got take out from BF Manchester Lakes. I received SLOP from the one woman working. She asked me nothing except “that all?” But she looked so worn out and sad I felt sorry for her. Then I remembered that I was the paying customer. Chipotle only for me from now on.

Went to here to eat twice during my stay in Springfield both times I went and did not miss customer service was getting responsive. The restaurant kind of seemed boring not a lot of life in there. However, my barbecue bowl with Carnitas was delicious every time I went.

Customer service was good. The cashier was super nice and on his job but the cooks didn’t know what they were doing. Got a Diablo burrito. Poorly constructed. Old meat used. Plus I am a rewards member but because their rewards system was “down” I was unable to use rewards and I didn’t get credit for the visit. So this location sucks overall.

The food is great, but the customer service is terrible. Every time I order food from this location my order ends up being incorrect. It’s very frustrating. Almost as if the staff can’t read the order ticket. It’s happened so many times now that I’ve stopped complaining. I’m going to give them one more chance because the food is so good, otherwise, I’m done.

We visit the Kingstowne Baja Fresh for takeout at least once a month, sometimes more. The staff is always friendly and the food is always consistent. My go to is the mexicano burrito with black beans and extra steak. Very affordable and good quality food.
