Can’t express how good my food was today. I got a veggie quesadilla and the ladies here hooked it up! It was loaded with cheese, fresh bell peppers & onions, and I added jalapeno for a bit of spice. It came with fresh-made chips, salsa, guacamole, and I added a side of mild salsa. I didn’t have to pay anything extra for the sides or guac or chips and salsa. All of the staff were friendly and food came out fast. I have leftovers for tomorrow!

Sadly the staff member did not know how to prepare the signature burrito of Baja Fresh – the chicken baja burrito. My friend who was to try baja for the first time will now never understand how amazing that burrito can be

Don’t go here unless Maria or one of the two guys who work there are there, the other workers will screw up even simple orders and then try to overcharge you for it all while having an attitude. Maria and the guys who work here however are great, very friendly and quick service with decent food for a Student Union restaurant. Wish I could give a separate rating for the service I normally experience versus the terrible service I had today.

Found out when I got there it was an express location. I was hoping to get fajitas which was my favorite at a Baja Fresh that used to be on Metcalf. This location in a college is a lot more limited. Also got the chips and guac that was almost as much onion as avocado and gave up eating it because I couldn’t dig them out. Better off going to Chipotle.
