Surprisingly, tasty food for an airport restaurant. I tried their Mexicano Burrito with hot salsa in it. The portion size was big, and the flavors were pretty good. It came all hot and juicy. I also tried their Chicken Nachos. The only down part about the nacho that they put very little of guacamole on it, so I had to pay for some extra. The lady at the register was friendly and helped me carry the drinks since they were out of the drink carrier. Prices are high but expected since it located inside of an airport.

Service was friendly but slow. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and it came with only beans and cheese; no lettuce, tomato, etc., which I found strange. The burrito tasted good but was nothing special. Prices are typical inflated Vegas prices.

Best breakfast at an airport ever! Most places offer breakfast sandwiches…this is a huge breakfast! I added corn tortillas & sliced avocado & I was stuffed! I even shared my bacon with my hubby <- now that’s a miracle in itself. This place is small, no seating but it’s worth it! Lots of protein & a full belly for a 4 hr flight & one happy customer.

Food does the job for “fast food” but a healthy alternative when traveling. I was here on 4/30, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to the crew that was on shift. They were slammed and doing their best to serve us all. One customer came through and his daughter was set on getting chips. They were down to the last bag in the back and out of stock, but they compiled what they could to try and make that kiddo happy. Went above and beyond. Thank you!

Really tiny portions. Combo was $15 for a spoon of beans and spoon of rice and two street tacos, no drink. Very slow service. One person making your order and taking money.. When you try to improve your margins by providing very little value, you don’t get return customers. This was the baja in terminal 3. I hope this is helpful to anyone considering eating here.

This is absolutely an awful place for food. It was cold, slow and not very good. The food was ice cold. They only had one person working and she could not keep the orders straight. Messed up both of my bowls. Not very friendly and the food did not taste good at all.

01/21/22: I was walking around Terminal 1 before my flight and got some Baja Fresh for dinner. I got the steak taco combo with flour tortilla, onions, cilantro and sides of pinto beans and rice. The rice was bland, dry, and flavorless. The pinto beans were ok and much better than. The rice. The steak tacos were also ok in flavor, but was a little over cooked and salty. For airport food, Baja Fresh was fast and below average. Just wish there was better food choices at this airport, specifically Terminal 1.
